Well I found a 76 Datsun B210 with no rust but no a/c. paint fadded but a lot cheaper than the 78 and a lot closer to me. the pluses, its a manual and a hatchback as well which I perfer.. Intereior is in good shape. Heres a pic...

I thinking of getting this 78 Datsun B210 here in FL.. I spoke to the seller and Im trying to arrange a way to pick it up. What do you guys think. Has a weber on it and has all the a/c parts but non functional as of now. It is an Automatic though but I dont mind that.

Be careful tho 80 was a change in body style for wagons sedans and so on except for brat. The brat body design from 78-81 are a gen 1 early body style, Even tho Subaru change the body style in 80 the brat wasent change until 82. Sooo be careful when you get parts for an 80 or 81 brat.

Wow the body looks clean as hell!!! Very nice looking brat!!!! If your oil light goes on Im guessing there possibly can be an issue on either your oil level or pump but Im no expert. Wait for a more inteligent reply from someone here on the board with better know how than me. Please post more pics!!!!

Very nice looking brat. I would keep it all original but thats just me!!! I think in the long run it would be worth more to a future buyer, especially that its in really nice shape, to keep it stock and as original as possible. Nice brat either way and I even like the color, its like a light olive green I think???

Gas pedals are hard to come by but they might be someone out there with an extra.

No it should sill have heat so you might have another issue there. Im in Florida so I never even checked to see if my heater works.

Sorry but I saw the pic of the engine bay and there no compressor there so I dont think yours is equipped with a/c. All the panels on the brats say a/c on them but that dosent mean they are equipped with it. It was an option back then. Your fan will blow air and if its cold outside it will blow cold air in... Just from what I can see but Im not there to take a better look.. so double check that..
