  3. thanks cookie! it is a very cool thing to do to your legacy, and inexpensive too :-p
  4. Very easy swap, it took me 3 hours total, as far as the cold weather packge, it includes heated mirrors, heated seats, heated windshield (were the wipers are).
  5. I gained about 3" lift i used a 96 outback struts nd springs and i believe up to 99 is all the same no stabilizer bars were touched and i have checked with 3 mechanics and they all said that they have to use the outback specs for the alignment
  6. thanks no problems with the tires on the wheels they fit perfectly, i've had those with the original suspension, the brake hoses were fine too, enough for suspension travel but i was worried too when i changed it last weekend, as far as the alignment goes i havent noticed that it is off, but i am gonna get an alignment done anyways just to make sure everything is ok
  7. nope because i'm not using OB tires those are my regular legacy tires they are just wider 205's

  11. yeah but it didnt come out entirely it was only a inch or 1/2" away from its original position. would that make it leak diff oil? well what should I do, its back in place and i already went for a ride, its not leaking anymore, is it something i should worry about?
  12. it didnt come out entirely, it was about 1" pulled away from the diff from its original location and it was leaking. any thoughts?
  13. ok all started today when i decided to do the Outbackfitication of my legacy wagon. i put the struts on and i might have dislocated the drivers side front axle that goes to the transmission . well i found out when there was diferential fluid leaking on top of the Y exhaust pipe and there it was, the axle was pulled out of the tranny. now my questions are: does the axle come out of the tranny with out removing the pin? does it leak when that happens? (it was leaking diferential oil) I put it back the way it was, is it gonna stop the leak? do i Have to do any thing else? thanks in advance Neo
  14. i got one from pepboys and it works fine on my 95 obd2 also works with other cars
  15. P0420 happened to me last week when was more than 105 degrees outside, i reset the OBD system and i havent had it on since then. I think it has something to do when the weather gets too hot and the Cat converters temp raises too much and they dont work as efficiently as they are supposed to, that way the second o2 sensor reads as a bad exhaust.
  16. ok well, if yoour speedo is jumping, it is time to change the sensor, the price may vary from $67 online to $99 at a dealer. the part number is 85082AC002 thats for 95 to 98 legacy AWD.
  17. hey guys, i think my speedo is going on me, do you have a part number?? i looked all around and could not find a part number. thats for a 95 legacy AWD with ABS, Automatic. thanks in advance Neo
