  1. I've got something planned. Stay tuned.
  2. Update: LSD installed.
  3. Don't forget to do all the weird little stuff. Like: -Change all your fuel hose to high pressure fuel lines. -Add a pitch stop -Add an overflow tank for the radiator -Figure out a surge tank (or find a turbo gas tank) -And anything else you discover.
  4. I'll be willing to go once I have my camp site all set up. I don't want to wheel with a bunch of crap in the back of my rig.
  5. The 5 speed is great. I shifted my hatch into 5th for the first time the other day.
  6. EA81 with EJ swap with no lift for me.
  7. I had a problem like this and it turned out to be that my cat was clogged. Check and make sure you have a good flow through your exhaust system.
  8. I know, I'm using dial up and it's killing me. I also can't stay away from this site. Oh next sunday, ya I've got lots of big important things to do that day.
  9. It feels about the same as my 1998 Legacy Outback, which is a great improvement over stock. I can't wait to take it throug some mud.
  10. I'll have to wait till after the show to fix that.
  11. Update: The thing is running great. I had a lifter that was knocking a little when I first started to drive it, but it’s gone now. I’ve driven it over 60 miles now and only have a few little things to mess with. I’m going to install a new throttle cable ‘cause mine is sticking. My passenger side axle is making a funny sound every now and again and I need to go through the brakes too. So things left to do before the show is: install the LSD, Tint the windows, install a pitch stop, move the intake and clean up the wiring under the hood a bit better.
  12. I don't even think you can get in Thursday.
  13. Update: The exhaust is done and now for the LSD.
  14. Save us a good spot to camp with you guys.
  15. Cool, I can't wait. I might have one or two more coming with me too.
  16. We'll be meeting up at the Hooters in Beaverton on Friday at 2:00pm and grabbing some grub, then we'll all leave together in one Convoy. Everyone's welcome to join. I've done this the last couple years and it's really fun, and if you break down you've got the support of the group there to help out. (Not like we're going to break down, we're diving Subarus right?) Here's the address to the Hooters: 11995 SW Beaverton Hillsdalehw Beaverton, OR 97005 (503) 646-9464
  17. That sounds cool with me. I'll start a thread and see if we can't get other people to join us.
  18. Update: I just got an LSD, now for the installation. My exhaust should be finished this week. I hope it all works 'cause the WCSS isn't that far away and I really want to bring it.
  19. Just to be on the save side I installed my transmission, and then installed the driveline in the transmission. That way I could measure exactly how much more I needed, 'cause you don't want to pay for 2 custom drivelines. That's what I would suggest doing.
  20. off of I205, but we can meet somewhere else too.
  21. I paid $100 to have this one made for my Hatch from Portland Driveline. It's all new with new u-joints. Contact them and see what they can do for you.
