  3. i never though of that ill try unplugging the mirrors and see if that helps with anything. if i had the spare parts id try that but dont have anything for a legacy
  4. Just like the title says i keep blowing the power mirror fuse. Nothing has ben done to the car at all to affect the electrical wiring on the circuit Car is a 1991 Subaru Legacy LS
  5. You can try checking with this post http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=12 he has some good info about the clocks there
  6. If the cable itself doesnt fix your problem check the bushings on the clutch pedal. I had the same problem for a while then i replaced the bushing and cable with oem stuff and havent had a problem since
  7. i had the same problem with my 86 when i went through a snow dift. i had my belt covers off. the snow made the belt jump a few teeth and it would start. sounds like the same thing happened to you
  8. my friend has had to replace to diffs and they ran about 1000 bucks a piece
  9. The svx is a very good car my friend has four of them and they all run great. The only major problem with them is the diff usually takes a crap on them. other then that there just like any other subaru really depenable. I would love to have one but they are hard to come by in the york pa area.
  10. the 15 should be the fuse in the drivers side kick panel fuse box. as for testing the aftermarket stereo u can tie ur yellow and red wires together and hook the to a positive battery terminal and put the black on the negative. The unit will power up that way. that way you know ur aftermarket stereo works
  11. my 82 gl wagon does the same thing but it doesnt bother me enough to worry about fixing it. if you know how to drive stick you dont need it anyway
  12. that site has to be a scam u cant add anything to a cart to buy. price is just way to low. i would beware of calling the number on the site
  13. i dont know if its even worth everyone trying to help this moron out. he will just find a way to screw his car up. just let him do it. once he modifys something on the awd system and it breaks he will want to take it to the dealer to have it fixed and they wont do anything for him since he modified. then he will wish he had took everyones advice.
  14. if you dont mind can you look up 4s4bj65c6m7922891 you can email me all the details at jriddle2@comcast.net thanks james
  15. i just brought a 91 home myself and mine does have the height control on it. but i was told that the shocks were just replaced 6 months b4 i bought it thank god. has 138k on it and picked it up for $900
  16. the other fuel filter is located under the car on the passenger side near the rear tire its mounted on a plate that u will have to take off to access
