theres a temp sensor that tells the engie to lean out i think im not sure exactly how the system works but it could be giving you problems also check for vacume leaks matt

turn it over by hand for all we know the guy driving it could of ran out of oil or any thing is possible put you a ratchet on the bolt on the in side of the crank pullyand gently roll it over if it dosnt want to move pull your plugs and put about a teaspoon of penatrating oil down into the cylnder and give it a while and try again

you said to tried to bump start it is that push starting also if it laid down on previous owner theres more problems then bad cables/connections

turn it over by hand once or twice it might be vapor locked

get your radiator rodded at a radiator shop its cheap and makes a good rad aout of a bad one unless all your fins are gone :-\

i dont have a k&n but i have a hood scoop itdosnt really do much for ram-air effect, but it dose work as a cold air intake. i used 4" drier hose to duct it in and cut out the back side of the can and yes i put lights under there to matt

yeah since i installed the lower tstat i noticed a high idle from the heat sencer. i run only the stock mechanical fan i removed the electric fan (i installed a radiatior out of a toyota tercel) it all stays nice and cold. now to only fake out that sensor would be great matt
