  1. i hate my engine running hot (190 +) ahhh i run a 165 i have all my emissions disconnected runs great and better gas mpg at lower temps the reason stock runs hotter is for emissions at high temp they say... it burns better... i dont thing so ive not been in subys for long but built many chevy v8 hot rods and ill tell you lower temp less gas, smother running, and less worry take it or leave it matt
  2. i dont if there are relays are not but it takes like 5 minutes to take off the door panel and clean the connections my motor went out on my passangerside on my 86 wagon matt

  6. ok well i cut it behind the windows and put in a 1 1/4 square tubing and then cut out metal (from the roof) to put in the corners. then i beat down the ledge left from where the windows where with a hammer it looks perty good (ive worked alot of metal) in the back i just cut the pillers off the hatch and rear of the vehicle. then i cut out metal to put in the holes left from the missing pillers. the tail gate is held on by snaps like on lunch boxes and the original handle (it lifts off) pics: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/photos/showgallery.php?mcats=all&si=&what=allfields&name=muellerdeal&when=&whenterm=

  15. some times the oil pump with pick up the sludge and and it will get stuck to the screen and the oil pressure will drop it usually takes 20-30min let me guess the motor sounds fine on start up (with good pressure) then as the pressure drops the noises come out ..........if this sounds to be your poision drop the pan and dig the sludge out and replace/clean the pump
  16. check if your base gasket is leaking let me guess 5 will do it to but you have to get up some rmps if not the base gasket leaking it might be your 2nd barrel not giving it enough fuel on at full throtle i had this problem with my 86 gl wagon and just went ahead and rebuilt the card fixed the problem..........but now im thinking of doing the weber swap
