Ever since i got my FIRSt subaru, and before that!!!! on every vehicle ive owned, i've wanted a set of yellow fog lights. I love the look. Finding them is a completly different task. in my buddies 2.5rs, he ALSO wanted yellows, so we got some PIAA's that claimed to be yellow... but when looking at the car with them on.... you could MAYBE see a little bit of a yellow tint, they weren't yellow.... I understand the color temprature chart, and how the 2500k is probably the yellow i want.... then i saw these online... http://www.autotoys.com/x/catalog/PIAA__H3_ION_CRYSTAL_YELLOW_GREAT_FOR_FOG___BEST_13555_p_935.html Wondered.... those LOOK yellow, but are they??? then i saw THIS: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yellow-HID-CONVERSION-KIT-3000K-H1-H4-H11-H3-H7-H10-FOG_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ36476QQihZ016QQitemZ260145254016QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW Any ideas??? i just want a yellow yellow yellow light. I would like to just purchase the H3 bulb, or if theres some other clever thing people have come up with. these would be going in my XT6 with existing fog lights, but i'd also like to get a set of hella's in yellow for my legacy, and soon for my GL-10. thank you!!!!!!!!

Hey All, Thanks for the responses, This is the owner of the vehicle writing... I had a whole interior cleaning done but not a detail so just a vacc and wipe is all. I doubt that they could have got to any wiring to short the lights... but who knows. Do you all think we will have to trace the lines and see if it is shorting out?? They didn't open the trunk as far as I am aware. I appreciate all the help and stuff, Thanks!!

NuclearBacon replied to flagwindow's topic in Historic Subaru Forum: 50's thru 70's
What do you mean IF Darth Vader drove an old soob... He SO had one before his Pod Racer, thats how he got the idea!! If you look really closely in the movie, you can see his 4X4 mudflaps dangling behind his tie fighter. you know... ...for asteroids -

And as soon as i get it, i want to wash all three of my cars and make some kind of photoshopped american flag, since i have a Red Touring Wagon, a White XT6, and a Blue Gl-10 Sedan. Oh man, too much free time or something...... although i am at work on a saturday at 6am.... -

Hello! SO I've been looking at XT6's and theres one that the power steering is not functional. the light is on... and hasnt worked for 2 years evidently..... I started reading a bit about the power steering system and see that it is ....wierd. After searching I read about the "Liquid gold" $27 a bottle power steering fluid. i'm just curious about what usually happens to the system? Whats a normal cause for it to go out? is this a simple fix? is this a horrible, awful, get-a-piece-of-electrical-tape-to-cover-the-light fix?? i tried XT6.net , but as i read further, its having...issues and will be back soon? Help me brainstorm. I'm thinking about getting one of these cars... but i'm scared!!! Thanks!!! Luigi

I <3 my EJ22T (and EA82T!)

Need Opinions Within 37 MINUTES!!!!
NuclearBacon replied to NuclearBacon's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
hey, yeah i think so... the car is still available.... i was only in town for the day, and went to go look at it.... i told myself the two things i didnt want was 1) ciggeratte smell inside... cant stand it... and 2) carberator.. just cuz ive never delt with the carb.. and if the car doesnt start, for me to start to diagnose the carb would be bad badness.... i'm still bouncing back and forth. the car needed a battery (none with the car) and all the feeds had been paid... but it hadnt been smogged... so... who knows what the CAT looked like or the such... I think i made the right decision, and like what was previously said... for 100 bucks i'd put another 300 into it... and then i'd have a 400 dollar car that i could have bought for 400 bucks..... thanks to everyone for this i know my posts go a little crazy... you guys (and gals) all rock my socks
