Tail Lights ALWAYS on, Licence light too
Hey All, Thanks for the responses, This is the owner of the vehicle writing... I had a whole interior cleaning done but not a detail so just a vacc and wipe is all. I doubt that they could have got to any wiring to short the lights... but who knows. Do you all think we will have to trace the lines and see if it is shorting out?? They didn't open the trunk as far as I am aware. I appreciate all the help and stuff, Thanks!!

Power Steering Not Working 1988 XT6
Hello! SO I've been looking at XT6's and theres one that the power steering is not functional. the light is on... and hasnt worked for 2 years evidently..... I started reading a bit about the power steering system and see that it is ....wierd. After searching I read about the "Liquid gold" $27 a bottle power steering fluid. i'm just curious about what usually happens to the system? Whats a normal cause for it to go out? is this a simple fix? is this a horrible, awful, get-a-piece-of-electrical-tape-to-cover-the-light fix?? i tried XT6.net , but as i read further, its having...issues and will be back soon? Help me brainstorm. I'm thinking about getting one of these cars... but i'm scared!!! Thanks!!! Luigi

Need Opinions Within 37 MINUTES!!!!
hey, yeah i think so... the car is still available.... i was only in town for the day, and went to go look at it.... i told myself the two things i didnt want was 1) ciggeratte smell inside... cant stand it... and 2) carberator.. just cuz ive never delt with the carb.. and if the car doesnt start, for me to start to diagnose the carb would be bad badness.... i'm still bouncing back and forth. the car needed a battery (none with the car) and all the feeds had been paid... but it hadnt been smogged... so... who knows what the CAT looked like or the such... I think i made the right decision, and like what was previously said... for 100 bucks i'd put another 300 into it... and then i'd have a 400 dollar car that i could have bought for 400 bucks..... thanks to everyone for this i know my posts go a little crazy... you guys (and gals) all rock my socks

Need Opinions Within 37 MINUTES!!!!
i decided against it, since for the same price as i would put into getting it running, i coul buy a running pos car... the car is still available. thanks everyone!
