...they really dont feel like they are stopping as well as they should be...have to put some extra oomph into it but at least im not having to pump the pedal twice before they even do anything...how do you bleed the master cylinder on these? will try it and re-bleeding the brakes the sub way on monday I guess.

FINALLY GOT IT LIFTED ...Sorry about the crappy camera phone pictures but thats all ive got for now :-\ . Anyways....ran into a whollllle lot of problems putting it on and was trying to do it all by myself so that was interesting but after about 15 hours over two days of work its now lifted and has all new struts, 4wheel disc conversion with all new rotors and pads, new lower ball joins and outer tie rod ends, and new cv axle and of course 15"pugs painted black with uniroyal liberators untill I have another car to drive to work every day (do a whole lot of highway driving....around 60 miles a day every day). I still have some fun stuff to do to it like exhaust and air horns and such but got it "finished" on monday...which it rained just enough that night so I could go have some fun ...they are building a mall about 1/4 mile from my house so there is this huge constuction zone......was friggin awesome.

bled my brakes again and they seem to be working fine and I bled them starting with the furthest from the master cylinder...should I re-do it the subaru way again just to be safe? and yes...all new rotors and pads all the way around.
-
k thanks, anyone else with some suggestions/comments?
-
so i did a 4wheel disk conversion....bleed the brakes and now I still have to pump the pedal twice normally before they will engage...do I need to bleed them again or is it normal...are they adjusting or something? what should I do?

lol...I would but would rather have no sticker than one that looks like a dog got ahold of it and have it flapping in the wind as I go down the road...*shrugs*
-
hey shady...any way to get another sticker...one that came with it had a chewed up corner...and I know yall aren't going to be doing subaru stuff anymore but would still like to give you props and maybe a little advertisement for your guns and such.

carbed EA82, anti-backfire valve also called?
BlindSight replied to BlindSight's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
have a spfi donor ready but want to dog the crap out of this motor and get some miles out of it first...dont like the idea of just pulling a perfectly good motor out.....once I start having some more problems I will...but for now dont want another EA82 go to waste. -
hmmm anyone else with some fiberglass work?
-

-
