My 94 Brat (dual carbs and exhaust ports) + link to pics

Featured Replies

Hey guys! to the request of alot of people on the board - here is a link to pictures ofmy 94 Brat.

those pictures were taken after swaping the engine to a JDM ea81 true dual carbs and the oval dual exhaust ports.

Any way enjoy this pictures and I promise much more to come!

P.S: any request of any part or angle of the car or any comments, just email it to roiziss@hotmail.co.il

This is what happend to the old engine:http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7595

That is a nice setup. I would guess you can feel a difference in power?

The Power difference is HUGE but not only to the dual carbs setup but to a different cam and higher cr ratio (9.5) stock from factory

the engine specs are: 110ps@6000rpm and 15kgm@4000rpm

for more info and pics go to :http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/80s/projectrudy/rudy.html

BTW: I get much better MPG then my older stock one carb engine

for those needing a translation, those figures work out to 108.5hp and 108.5ft*lbs

While brousing Rudy's pics I came accross

target7.jpg and noticed it has a 6k rpm redline. I can't tell in the other pics of this car and it's engine swap if it has a duel carb engine, but if it does then maybe the dual carb engines reved higher?

i have to ask and u can laugh if u want to:D but is that an 84? not a 94?

It's probably a 94 since subaru continued to sell Brats is various markets into the 90's

All I have to say is tob meod!:)

Exellent dude! I think I'm gonna start a thread with the hebrew word of the day.

Oh.. and yes it is a 94 Brat. some day I'll start a thread about the Israeli Subaru market (1 out of 5 cars in Israel is a Subaru) and all of the special models we have over here

That car is a dual carb/dual port job. 120hp @ 5500rpm. Factory special. They guy was building it for circuit and motor X work.
