Wow...beautiful paint, that flake is .....:headbang:

There's just something extra special about these slow pain-staking builds...especially when they start to fall in to place. Good luck with the progress.

Looking forward to the end result.

(Not nearly as much as you are though, I bet  haha)

congrats man, freakin awesome

I have custom-drivetrain car projects like that, 4 years in the making, seeing stuff like this is an inspiration for me

i have been very lucky with this car i just waited and waited until the

right parts cam along at the right time and it all worked out in the end

Any chance of some photos of the finished trans tunnel and how much extra height was needed to clear the box before you completely re assemble the interior? Also what have / are you doing about the heater box that sits above it?

Thanks

there's just enough room i havent finished the tunnel yet that the next project

very nice detailed work thats going to be a one of a kind at wcss next year but thats a long drive for u, my dad doesn't want to drive 6-10 hour car rides to go to either subaru meets this year:( but where going next year when there in orgon:headbang:

That is going to be a scary STI, um er, Vintage coupe!!!

Very impressed as we all are.

I noticed it's been said before, but this is just amazing! I've always dreamed of doing something like this... If I can make it to the WCCS in August, I really hope to see your car there! I'll have to be careful not to drool all over it, ha! Good luck finishing the project!

im shooting for wcss next year still have to finish the engine

mahle pistons and eagle rods arn't cheep lol

That turned out outstanding, I'm drooling for sure.

Where did you get the new hardware? I cannot find Metric Stainless with that style head.

Holy Amazing dude! I thought I was getting in deep with mine, but that is possibly the coolest little subie concept I've seen. I need to see this someday :headbang:
