November 28, 201213 yr not sure if this is in the right forum or not..... but since i am an 80's guy i'll put it here As some of you may or may not know i am an Australian citizen living in the USA. we are travelling back home in January to see my family. Is there anything Subaru related(or not) that i could fit in a suitcase (no EJ DR....) that is available in oz and not stateside - legally(i know i could sell bundy rum here but the tax people might have issue with a couple cases..)? i wasn't into subarus in Australia so don't remember that stuff. SAAS steering wheel adaptors come to mind - i will be buying one for myself... any of the Aussie guys have good sources or info or pricing? could probably fit 5-10 of these for the trip back if there was some interest would just need to make my money back, maybe put some extra into USMB???? used/junkyard stuff would be tricky to get clean but........ post some suggestions or interest...
November 28, 201213 yr Hi This is Jerry, ask how many people want a EJ dissy. You can't get that part in the U.S. Thanks Jerry
November 28, 201213 yr Carbureted EJ engines come to mind. I'd check those out while you're there! Even if just to see one.
November 28, 201213 yr Hi This is Jerry, ask how many people want a EJ dissy. You can't get that part in the U.S. Thanks Jerry I'm with Jerry, I would love one. I always wanted an EJ22 with a set of Weber IDF's.
November 28, 201213 yr EA82/Leone front corner markers. I agree corner markers seem to be a hot commodity.
November 29, 201213 yr Carbed EJ engines were not sold new in Oz, so I doubt you would be able to find many (if any) of them!
November 29, 201213 yr i know i could sell bundy rum here but the tax people might have issue with a couple cases..)? you could sell a few bottles of bundy....but only as parts cleaner.....even americans wouldn't put up with drinking that stuff
November 29, 201213 yr EA82/Leone front corner markers. +1 Carbed EJ engines were not sold new in Oz, so I doubt you would be able to find many (if any) of them! Those where sold in Latin America...
November 29, 201213 yr Author so they are amber corner markers? are they still available new? forgive my ignorance at EA82's i try to stay clear of them as much as possible Shawn - yes, we fly into Brisbane, my family is about 2 hours to the west, what do you need? and i am choosing to ignore the bundy comments from the kiwis....... is XXXX still owned by you guys? will be havin a couple of those as well.... Edited November 29, 201213 yr by wallaby poke fun at the kiwis.....
November 29, 201213 yr The corner markers look like this. Same color as what the U.S. has, but the amber section is raised out.
November 30, 201213 yr If you can find someone with the E30 (80s BMW 3 series) rear spoiler on the leones (the short, black rubber one) please pass their info along. A little large to ship via suitcase, but a contact so I can get one would be very helpful!
November 30, 201213 yr I would be interested in several sets of the bugeye WRX headlamp protectors. The clear plastic ones that mount over the headlamps.

Would have kept it if I knew it was rare. Damn.
November 30, 201213 yr Author ok thanks bratman, will see what i can do and how much space we have any of the aussies want to get me part numbers? genuine? aftermarket? headlight protectors???? we can't get them here? so 02ish WRX right? brand preference?
November 30, 201213 yr No, they were never sold in the U.S. I think they were commissioned by Subaru of AU and I'm never quick enough to snag them off of Nasioc when they pop up... Other things I would be interested in are: EA81 headlamp washer system with nozzles, water tank, button, relay, hardware, etc. and a set of tan EA81 wagon rear shoulder-belt harnesses, the three point style harnesses. I would happily pay for any/all of these parts!
