My Name Is Earl

Featured Replies

I just joined this forum a couple of day ago.  This is my first post.  I've been driving a Subaru for about two and a half years.  Right now I have a 2005 Forester which I got roughly two weeks ago.  Before that I had a 1999 Legacy / Outback

which end up with 268,800 Miles on it, (give or take.)

I did a search on The Subaru Brat Joy drove on My Name Is Earl, but I didn't find anything.  Does anyone out there remember seeing that car on that show?  Also can anyone remember any Subaru reference in media?  I recall hearing it mentioned in the Blondie song Rapture.

Didn't watch that show, but I have seen pics of the BRAT on here.

Bruce Springsteen also mentions Subaru in his "Pink Cadillac" song.

I remember that episode, I don't think it lasted long on the show. It was a cool looking brat though. I think it was an early 80's.

There is also a quick seen in " napoleon dynamite " where the owner of the do-Jo drives home in a brat

There's a ea81 tan wagon in breaking bad. It's in a episode showing a Montage of Wendy the hooker getting customers.

Did anyone ever see a Subaru BRAT on Raising Hope, which was the follow up series to My Name Is Earl?  The latter show had a lot of Earl references, including a strange cast reunion.

I only remember seeing the old ford van and the 90's GMC they had in raising hope. Oh and the old beater Pinto
