May 28, 200421 yr a centerlight grill that will work with my 85 gl brat dual headlights? the 1 i recieved with the lamp is to long it is 30" across the top between the headlights. and mine is 27" across the top,so if u got 1 ill buy it or trade u the 1 i have. thnx bb

May 28, 200421 yr ah, ok. i don't think any subarus with quad headlights came with 3rd eye lights. most people who add 3rd lights to quad setups cut out the grille very carefully and it looks good.
May 29, 200421 yr Yep - the grill you are looking for does not exist. You will have to modify an existing 84+ quad grill, or convert to dual headlights. If you look close at that pic, there's no grill there - your looking at the radiator. GD
May 29, 200421 yr Author gd i know its the radiator because its mine:) i put the third eye on today and was kind of figuring i would have to modify my grill just wanted to ask u guys, now i know there isnt 1 ill make it. q-man did u make that grill?or did u do what im going to have too?
May 29, 200421 yr That's the 84+ grill that Qman shows above, cut to fit the 82 center lamp. Pretty sure he did it himself.... might ask him what he used to cut it tho.... GD

May 29, 200421 yr He's also looking for a diagram (with picture) to wire up a DPDT switch to the light. Used to be one in the USRM, but it ain't there now. I have/had one here, but finding it seems to be a major undertaking in where the H is it. Still looking though. Anyone here have it for him?
May 30, 200421 yr Author hey tom and all else,got the grill cut today looks pretty good,will post a pic when i get it on and painted.also tom i decided to just straight wire the light for full control when i want it without the relay,and with the battery today i think i got the wires figured for that(damn im an electrician now) anyway thnx again guys and qman dont worry about the trade now:brow:
