October 9, 20196 yr Hello all, Does anybody know the front and rear track widths for an '87 Brat? I'll be looking at trying to DIY my wheel alignment soon and I'd be interested if front and rear are both the same or if the front is wider, I'm sure I read somewhere that it was. Thanks.
October 11, 20196 yr Having done the Tambox string alignment I would hazard a guess front and rear is same
October 11, 20196 yr Here is the setup I came up with - Not in these pictures, I added 4 mini plumb bobs, and used 2 tape measures to get the side to side distance. The FSM has the specifications on how parallel the readings need to be by length.

Excuse my ignorance but what to you mean by "FSM" I think I have a plan formulated but I need the track widths front and rear, I've searched everywhere on the web but there seems to be a lot of conflicting info. It would be much appreciated if somebody could let me know. Thanks!

December 11, 20196 yr For these old models, if someone decided to post all or part of the FSM, you might find it online. Sometimes they show up on ebay, etc. I got mine from dealers, back when the cars were about 2 years old.
