I would with an ea81 body (brat or something ) and use the EJ25T or EJ20T.... with the matching tranny.. and just get custom axles and driveshaft... if I go 6 cyl, then it will be a EZ30 from an 02 or 03 H6 wagon the catch is... money and time... both of wich I lack at the moment! but now I know how to do it all!! cool hatch to say the least!!! How come you can't install the front halfshafts? then you can lay lots of rubber. Joseph Davis Posted April 12, 2005 Share Posted April 12, 2005 Engine sits a little more level in the bay when Subieloving scum I share shop space with throw away the stock motor mounts and replace them with the drag race suspension stolen off my CRX: Uh, yeah, a couple of $0.99/per hockey pucks from wongleflute's. I use them stacked over the rear shocks to prevent rearward suspension travel when at the dragstrip. Ghetto riceboy trick. I think the above engine was pulled no less than five times to try different solutions to correcting engine/trans angle.
