  1. Got it all packed up and ready to go, but I missed pick up for today. It'll be on it's way first thing tomorrow morning. Here's the USPS tracking#

    Thanks again

  2. Sorry, the ea81 hatch is gone. All I have left is the ea82 3door.

  3. Ahh, I know who it is now. Didn't realize he had a 6, but I recall seeing that thrashed red wagon. Thanks for the clarification. I'm actually out in Cinebar, didn't think anyone else on here was too.
  4. Hmm, no this was definitely a 6 and the panels were light blue/green.
  5. Who on here is running the white XT6 with a few blue body panels? Saw you sitting at the corner of SR 508 and Carlisle Ave this morning. I was driving my '85 3 door, and was late for work, or I would have totally asked about your 6.
  6. I run a set on my GMC Sierra daily driver. They're a bit noisey on the road, but are an awesome all around tire. Picked them up for a decent price from 4wheelparts.com
  7. Now that the weather is turning I try to get out once a week on our property. There's a huge collection of USFS roads open just down the road from me, but I never have anyone to go along in case I need help. Walking home would suck.
  8. No, the 2005 GMC 2500HD that would have been towing the trailer the '82 was on.
  9. In that case, make it Alaska and I'll be there. Or I'll drive around Oregon and see you in Cali.
  10. That is truly impressive and mildy crazy. Hope she is recovering well. I simply chose not to go because it was in Oregon. :-\
  11. Sort of reminds me of this: http://www.twistednipple.com/cars/Subies4Sale/MonsterBar1.jpg That's what happens when you have an overzealous high school kid make a bumper for you sight unseen.
  12. OMG, that's tree abuse. Looks like you had a hell of a good time, you guys sure put your cars to good use. And I have nothing bad to say about the music.
  13. Actually, I have a really nice scar from that happening once. I was saying that it works fine for me, just not flawlessly.
  14. I have had no trouble turning my 29" Swamper TSLs with no power steering in my '82. It's nice and smooth both at a stop and when the car is moving.
  15. Both of my WRXs had noticible engine vibration, the flat four is not a smooth idling motor. These were both the 2.0 turbo though, and yours is the 2.5 liter. I have no experience with that engine, but what you're describing sounds pretty normal. Bad gas could definitely be causing an increase in poor idling though.
  16. I got my weber kit from a board member(bigjim5551212), and the adapter plate lined up perfectly and the build quality looked fine to me. It was actually the linkage kit that looked a bit cheesy to me.
  17. Here are some pics I had handy, I will shoot for getting some more tonight if weather permits. Keep in mind I'm running 29" tires. http://cleptoscastle.com/albums/album02/DSC07577_2.jpg http://cleptoscastle.com/albums/album02/82WagonLifted_1.jpg http://cleptoscastle.com/albums/album02/IMG_0152_1sm.jpg The kit itself: http://www.twistednipple.com/cars/hosted/AA_ea81_lift1.jpg
  18. For any of you that are on the fence on this; I got in on the last lift kit group buy, and completely stand by the product that AA makes. I'm running a set of their wheels too. I'm happy to provide pics/info of my kit for anyone that wants it.
  19. I had that problem using Premiere initially, can't recall what I did to fix it. Something in the settings for the project size. I have no problem playing hookie from work for that sort of thing.
  20. That definitely looks like some fun terrain. I love the color of that hatch, it reminds me of the San Remo Red that my '04 WRX was.
  21. Fantastic. That wagon looked like a twin to mine. (resolution could be a bit better as mentioned already) I've said it before, but we really need to organize something for all of us in the area to get together sometime. You've been having way too much fun.
  22. One last bump from me. Since I was emailed about it, this is open to all vehicles, not just Subarus. I've also got room for someone to ride shotgun if they want. My cell # is 360 880 7170 is anyone wants to reach me about this. -Chris
  23. Ok cool. It looks like Three Corner Rock it is then. I'll make sure to bring my Canon 350d for photo ops. I guess this means I need to try and get my weber dialed in by Saturday. Does 10am at the Camas Safeway still work, or should we try starting out later? FYI, I'm without internet at home right now so I'm not able to keep up with this thread as fast as I would normally.
