tire question

i wanted to get some suggestions from all of you what the best off roading tire would be for my 93 legacy. i did the outback strut swap and wanted to put some better tires on so any advice would be great. btw current tire size is 185/70/14 thanks

what year outback struts did you use? i have a '92 legacy and not sure what year struts to look for.

actually i cant, since i dont have any pics of it with those tires on it, and when gas prices when sky high i sold the tires and went back to stock size tires...... but i can tell you that all i did for lift was put some outback struts in....... yup, thats it.. got about an inch and a half or so and with the higher spring perch on the strut that allowed for the use of bigger tires.......unfortunately its going to be awhile before i can get big tires again.....:-\:-\:-\:-\

yeah the kumhos are a good tire, my swampers only have 2-3 k miles on the and they are almost bald, but the swampers are cheaper.... 350.00

the kumhos are 105.00 apiece at discount tire. mtnman38 has been rocking kumhos on his daily driver for awhile now and they are still good to go, and he bought them used.and, he is pretty impressed with how they perform.
