September 10, 200520 yr Well, maybe. Whats missing? Could it be an ADAPTER PLATE Its not here Its not here either Along with a few other projects, spanning 25 years of subaru engines, spot the EA-81 And heres somthing you can't do on the first date And the next time this car comes out of the garage, it will be under its own power, for the first time in 2 years. So if this works, fingers crossed, i should be clear to make a trip out to seattle, first rounds on me. EDIT: Depending on the story i keep getting, its either finished, in the garage ready to ship, in the car ready to go to the post office, theres a small problem with the flywheel, or my guess, its not done and never will be. I'm now taking bets, on what day it will arrive, closest year gets a prize.
September 11, 200520 yr Can I get that first round air freighted to Alaska? Good luck on the transplant and the trip. Glad you finally got your parts from Mudrat; I'm still waiting.

September 14, 200520 yr I hope you get your parts in time. I see from one of his posts that Mudrat is planning to be in AZ on the first to buy a SVX, swap the tranny and drive it back home. I'd sure like to get my bumpers before then, too.

September 20, 200520 yr Author The car hasn't run well since i got the rack, trying about 3 projects at once, it was always a "i'll get it painted when the car runs" ........ so on that note, hopefully by october i'll get the chance to paint it.

September 23, 200520 yr I know how that whole "move it or lose it" works. At least they give you notice. When it happend to me, i just woke up the next day and the cars were gone. If they were in my garage or driveway they were safe. -Brian
