Oh gosh,I'll need to do some research.I think I got the '78 in 1999 or 2000.

The '73 arrived this year.

First 1979 4X4 DLWagon: New 08/79 lost to X-wife 07/86

1979 4X4 DL wagon: used 09/89...still have parked in Alaska

8 more 1979 4X4 wagons all in 1996-97...sold all in 1999-2000

1998 Outback: purchased 2002...still have

1978 4X4 GL wagon: 05/05...still have

1978 FWD Coupe: 09/05...still have

Guess I have had a bunch of subies! Still got a thing for a good lookin' 79' 4X4 wagon...Would like to find one in showroom condition! I'd buy her in a second.

I got my first '78 Brat in late '79 as a birthday gift... I drove it until the early 90's when the frame rusted so badly that it was dangerous. I cried.

I have had my "new" '78 since April of 2004.

Lets see....

'79 4wd wagon - August 2003

'78 Brat - June 2004

And I still have both!

Oh wait a minute now.You guys are going to go back to your first cars??

I'd have a list that'd blow you guys away(Todd and very few others excepted).For starters,1974 coupe,'76 sedan,77 four door,77 sedan,78Brat,75 wagon,77 wagon,78?GF,78?FE.....

When we get settled into our next place I'm going through all my old pictures and you guys will have a good laugh.

well...2 78 brats 1 79 brat, 1 80 brat, 1 75 wagon, 1 76 coupe 360 van, 360 sedan and 1 79 4wd wagon (she was RUSTY) .well Paul, we`re tied:lol: i usually don`t own them too long, like to update, or get a better one every once in a while.

I've only had my '81 Brat for two months or so... Its awesome. Now I just need a job to kickstart the addiction...

1977 DL wagon August 2001-sometime in 2002 can't remember the exact month, I think it was august or september.

1983 - Gift for my 16th Birthday - 1973 GL 1400 Coupe - Yellow, black vinyl top, black stripes. Had 75,000 miles, was cherry. Destroyed in 1986 via head on collision.

Between 1983 and 1987 also owned the following:

Orange 1973 GL 1400 Coupe, Red 1974 DL Sedan, Yellow 1975 GL Coupe.

By 1987 I was working full time, commuting, and bought a new Nissan Sentra. My parents had my stash of Subaru's towed away........... :banghead:

hmmm when did i get mine? spring break of 03? or 04? i can't remember... but its only been on the road for some odd 3 months...

1978 2WD wagon and 1979 4Wd wagon, both since Spring 2005. (1979 4WD, 1979 to 1984, R.I.P.).

Still have it in AZ. Eventually, I'd like to pick it up. Or if someone local (or not) is interested in it, it's still free. I'm still paying my $25 per month storage fee. The yard owner hasn't complained. Yet. Subie75 thought he might want my 79 4WD, and thought I'd let the 79 to go get the 78, but it didn't work out. And now he has the van on the block and it's left me drooling over here.

You still have that wagon in AZ? What's yuor plan with that?

'80 brat - had it for 3 years.

'78 brat - had it since '98, no longer running and parting out.

4 YEARS!!! 76 4wd wagon and still have it :) and also the longest I have ever owned a car ever

I've had my yellow '75 since about 20 minutes after I first met moosens, when he was starting to liquidate the FSCR. That was (according to the post on the old board, I looked it up) around 6:30pm June 29th 2003. Then my '73 I first became acquainted with at the beginning of June this year. Didn't pick it up 'til a month thereafter, though.
