Those remind me of wheels on another car, but i can't for the life of me figure out which car. those look real nice though.

They would be cool in 15's or 16's

They look kind of like the old Mustang wheels on the original turbo Mustang, around 77 or so.

They look like the 3 spokes that come on saab 9000 turbos from the early to mid 90's

 

Do you think they were custom drilled from a blank?

It doesn't have those little "4WD" steps in the side of the bed.

I think you hit it.... older early 90's range rover!

 

Notice the side markers? THey are on the fenders and not on the black side pieces of the bumpers :-\

Those wheels look 13" to me. I don't think they are 4WD wheels. Could it be some off-beat Puegeot model?
