it worked before just the clutch needed replaced and thats all i did so i dont know why the cable wouldnt work now?

If the cable had snapped the clutch pedal wouldn't return after you stomp it to the floor. I still think the cable is out of adjustment.

is the clutch pedal as stiff as its supposed to be? too stiff?? or no resistance?

I had to adjust the pedal on my Starion after changing the clutch.

if it was really worn down and you put in a new one then that's what the effect would be without adjustment no able to put it in gear. (or really hard to)

yea i should have put this in the OP but the pedal feels like its not even hooked up it has no resistance at all but when i had someone push it in i could see the cable moving so idk
