Can I put the 4 lights into the 2 light GL? Easy swap??

 

i like the way you think.

 

You need to change the marker lights on the fender there differant. not only the lights but you need the mountings behind them those bolt right up. The only problem would be wireing and im not sure how you would do that

I am not so sure it would be that easy. the radiator support is differant on the 4 light vs the 2 light cars. correct me if I am wrong though:popcorn:

you can put H4 headlights as a conversion. They are superior to anything and way better to keep your singles than a 4 headlight kit.

 

UNLESS

 

You have the 9004 do6 5hit headlights and you are going to put a 4 headlight kit in.

I have 9004's. The housings are lousy so it doesnt matter what you have in there. I am looking for a light bar to mount some Cibie's on.

if you can get sealed beam buckets, you can then put in H4 headlights. Are you familiar with H4 Headlights? They are the best.

...Or you can Install an H.I.D. Kit for 9004 Housing`s Headlamps...

I Saw this "Work in Progress" Long time Ago in one of my Countrie`s Streets, it Could be a Great Idea, Specially if you could find H.I.D. HeadLamps!

yeah true. I just put in the Hella H4 "sealed to h4 conversion lenses" for my hi/lows. wow.....very bright

so now i need to replace my hi only lens too, as the oems on high are dimmer than the hellas on low beam lol.

I will have a pair for DL frames at WCSS10 which I never used on my '86 wagon. They'll be pretty cheap since I don't want to bring them home again.

Ok, can you explain this a bit more? Do you keep the stock sealed headlights and do what to them? The bulbs are still 9004, yeah?
