January 13, 200422 yr Author I just talked to my guy at the JY 125 for a brand new 88 bumper 50 for a good used rear 88 bumper
January 13, 200422 yr The hatch struts should be availible through http://www.thepartsbin.com for around $20 each brand new..... GD
January 13, 200422 yr Torxxx, if you're willing to wait until the beginning of april, I can probably get the bumpers (need paint) for you. I may be needing the front bumper from my parts car, but the rear is definitely available. I've also got the struts, but I think they are pretty much useless. Make an offer if you want it.
January 13, 200422 yr $700 for all that stuff isn't bad for the dealer.. they wanted $500 just for the AC compressor for my 87 wagon...
January 13, 200422 yr Author hehe, glad I dont need one of those up here in Alaska.. I just wish part price depreciated like car value does.. thats all
January 13, 200422 yr so, I just got off the phone with Carter subaru in seattle, they want $822 for a carburator and over $120 for door locks (each door) anyone know a source for rebuilt carbs (and maybe NOS door lock assemblies)? -Dok
January 14, 200422 yr Yes - it can pass emmisions. I know several People in WA state that have passed with Weber's. GD
January 14, 200422 yr whats a matter with your door locks have you tried going to a locksmith they can usually fixs anything or rebuild it fairly cheap
January 14, 200422 yr He speaks the truth - down here there's a place - I've talked to them about it. They can rebuild just about anything. The price is on the order of $25 per lock. Probably better if you remove it for em. GD
January 14, 200422 yr Author The weber can pass emmissions tests as long as your state doesnt have a under the hood inspection. Alaska has the stupidest IM.. They were going to fail me because I had a rachet wedged in temp. holding my evap canister in bracket. I "promised him that it was being fixed the next day"
