im so tired of my tachometer not working in the mornings cuz its cold out.(like 50 degrees and the thing doesnt wanna move.) so im just gonna get a guage off of ebay. good idea right? easy to install,....so ive heard -Dalton

i think im going to go with a 1.8L with 2.2 turbo heads and boost the crap outta it.... one problem tho, and i dont want to here any s##t about it... i have no idea how to do pluming for a turbo i know the turbo is spooled by the exaust, but i have know idea how the exaust gets to the turbo and back. any diagrams or explanations? thanks -Dalton

hey, i just had metal workings today, and my teacher said he can get me an EJ18 block with all the sh##T on it for 250$ i want to put like 15lbs of boost in this baby.... could i do that? shannon said i should use ej22T heads for lower compression....=more boost.....yes? oh, and should i run turbo pistons? .....off of what model? -Dalton

i have the same problem with my brat. sometimes reverse isnt as far over as you think it might be,...its like playing hide and go seek. god help me if i needed to back up in a hurry, i need like 30 sec. to find reverse. but its a good tranny tho. Ea81 D/r 4wd tranny's are known for their revers going out tho. thats my response...someone more logical will chime in shortly:) -Dalton

im posting this bacuase i want to see if anybody else has any ideas on how to get these damn things out. Ea81 wagon(was lifted) if been trying to get the struts out so i can get the strut tower lift blocks out. i left the nuts on the top loose(but still on) on pass. side, and off on divers side, took out the 2 little bolts that go to the strut and steering knuckle....and jumped on it, hit it with stufff,,,, and they wont come out....i really need these outta here so i can sell the wagon to get some cash.....any suggestions? -thanks -Dalton

well thats what i'd really like to do is SPFI. but i'd need some help on that one ,and the only person that could help me with that is subieman and he's really busy. i know where i could find parts tho:grin: how much would you charge for a harness prep? ...im not made of money but i got a little, plus stuff to trade. -Dalton -
