you can get a waiver for a poopy carb? i dont mean to sound smart or anything but one of the reasons he failed me was visual inspection, i was missing a vaccum hose, and if i have to plug off all the emission hoses its #1 not gonna pass visual and #2 most likely fail the test because of the emissions system not properly working. id like to here more tho if you got more -Dalton

1982 brat, no engine leaks, carter weber carb. new exaust with new cat. 1.75in to cat flange, 2 inches back. i had really high hopes for this to pass smog. he popped the hood and noticed that i was missing that hose that connects to the little turtle box. so he falied me for that, he did the emissions test anyways and it failed that too... dammit dude what do i got to do to make this pass smog?! it should do great...oh yeah i failed by alot too. -Dalton
