Nay,negatory,nope....I'll try to get up there Friday. What I got from talking with the owner: Been sitting 2 years on driveway,not dirt(big plus) Has low topper,rear seats seperated but intact,driver's seat wear like all of them(shut up those of you with no rips the rest of us hate you)metalic green with tan interior......the guy poured a little gas down the carb and it fired right up. Does NOT have any bars.Nor does it have a plow He mentioned the doors getting a little rust at the bottom and wasn't sure about the rear wheel wells and rockers,etc. Tune in tomorrow for the exciting conclusion..........

When I said that I've had my turbo wagon since summer and haven't had time to truely look it over I wasn't kidding. Looked at the valve cover on the driver's side and there were these two stickers from ATK.Looks like I've got a reman engine in my '87 turbo wagon...the rustfree one from the southwest. My car runs very strong and the engine seems like it's got about 30k on it tops.Car had 145K.I never did a Carfax report.I'm wondering if that would show in one of those reports. OK,tell me your ATK experiences.Thanks!

Keith,you coming to Pine Barrens this time? Change the seals when converting.Might be a good idea to get a used compressor and change out on a bench.I think you may need to change seals under the dash too....not sure,but I know Aldo did on his Brat.

Correct,Fuel Efficient....and boy they were...or are.I loved mine back in like 1983 or so.A real buzz bomb that surprised a LOT of people when I left a stop light. Higher comp. pistons as mentioned prev.

Drive up in 2WD and I'll have a Brat one piece shaft waiting for you at PB.You can take it and pay later if you need to.Call it like a 12 pk of Guinness or Harpoon IPA....sound good?

But just remember this is America and if the cars have cupholders he'll sell a million of them.

As I understand it there were 50 made in Beverly Hills.One sold on eBay here in CT just last year.

For EA82 cars maybe try getting an ashtray that you don't care about and modifying it.Cupholder will then slide in and out.

Electricity?Heater? I doubt hypothermia will set in if you have a tent and good sleeping bag.If we camp that's what we'll be doing. October is the best for sleeping outdoors.We camped at Cooperstown a couple years ago in late October and my wife and son were fine. For sure sleeping in the cargo area of your wagon will do you good.Wagon78 and I did that at Carlise.He's got a hatch and fit well enough with the seats folded.My wagon was less than spacious but provided nicely.Take the right milk and cookies before bed and you'll be all set.

The cabins are a DEAL!!!

Where in Mass.? I could drive up and snag it.I need a pushbutton 4WD automatic tranny right now.

My '87 wagon runs pretty good except for a couple things.One is the flat spot or miss that occurs when I put my foot into it.Happens around 3200rpm and maybe a little higher sometimes. Feels like something cutting out.I haven't checked the distributor for any wobble yet.Infact,I haven't had time to even really go over this car. Other problem is high idle that won't knock down at all unless I drive for a while,shut it off for a little (stop for coffee,etc.).During the first 10 minutes os so if I do get the idle to knock down it only dips for a second and shoots back to 2100 or so.This will happen untill the car is well warmed up,then it acts just fine and runs well. Flat spot can occur at any time.Even when warmed up.It always seems to happen when I need to punch it a bit for passing,etc. Thanks for any help.
