can anyone show me pics of the underneight of a car that i have to deal with in order to instal a lift? like were the suspenton bolts to the frame? thanks guys matt

the car really isnt all rusted out underneith, but there is some rust. but like it is.. its a minnesota car and my winter beater i think i might go for it. now i have to safe up a few more hundred

i dont have inspections up here, this is a really good car, but the body is just getting to it. what all do you have to take out to put a lift in?

i have a 86 4x4 gl wagon i just bought, its my winter car/school ...car strickly so i dont beat up my nice ...car in the school parking lot and wreck it in the winter. my question is that my 86 is pretty rusty. would this interfier with a lift kit? what do you all have to do to put a lift in is my question? i have a lift and all the tools to put it in its just that i dont want my car to be unsafe to go down the road in. the rockers are pretty well gone on the bottoms and behind the rear tires its getting pretty bad. let me know on details on what there is to do to put a lift in im pretty interested in one. also my car has no powersteering and it has ac does this interfier with a lift? thanks matt ps. sorry for rambling on haha

hello everyone i have a 1989 subaru gl 4x4 wagon (auto) and i want to use a oz lift 3'' but i was kinda thinking if i do this would you suggest doing a manual tranny (d/r) swap? i can get another whole car to do it or would you save your time and keep the auto and just lift it like that and get some 27'' or so tires on some pugs, i want to make this car a little more off road friendly matt

i never got to drive it but i heard it was pretty nice, if i were you id keep the 97 lsi, those are nice cars! if your gonna sell that how much are you gonna ask my dad has a dealership in Detroit Lakes he might be interested in buying it if you want to sell it.

thats the sport sedan i was gonna buy, only it was at the auction. The retard my dad sent up there didnt buy it cause of the bad rear suspention i was pissed. Lets just say it was a little cheaper than that have you seen any more of those around the cities that a worth buying? im looking for one badly

thanks, so far i havent seen any vac. leaks, i changed the filter and i havent checked the pump or anything. it doesnt have a check engine light but ill try to plug the computer in it and see if it is throwing any codes, who knows maybe the bulb isnt even in it for the check engine light... thanks matt

heres the story on my 89 4wd automatic wagon. The temp never even comes up past 1/4 the way up the gauge.... when accelerating it hesitates bad untill you like floor it then itll kinda take off slowly. what do you think is wrong? fuel tank additives help out at all? it also doenst seem to get that great of gas mileage although automatics probably dont this one doesnt seem to be well at all could a temp sensor do anything? thanks matt

ive got that same d/r shifter in my 85 wagon, whats so special about it? the 85 wagon was a really early model one. it has goofy full style windows and the mirrors are like stuck out and not attached like the ones youll see on later gl models? im thinking the shifter is just a early 85 one. correct me if wrong

sounds like the regulator is bad in it, mine did simlar, i changed the alternator and its all good now. get a new one. hope this helps matt

Ok.. I unlifted my 1990 Loyale.. im lookin to relift another wagon with the same lift kit.. the problem is is that my 1990 Loyale did not have air conditioning.. am i gonna have to find another subaru without air conditioning or will the lift kit work the same?
