I have lifted a ton of these this way, your best bet it is to, drop the 3 nuts on the top of the strut and remove the sway bar, stand on the hub and jam all your blocks in from the top of the sturt hole. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=94629&highlight=markus56 http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=102498&highlight=STI-WOLF http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=110538&highlight=greg+lifted http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=117662 http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=101855 There are some links to some of the builds we've done........................ 10. To replace the intake gaskets just for a try, that would take one 12mm socket , extention, ratchet, and a 17mm open end wrench. Those gaskets are cheap, you could even make them out of gasket paper for 3 bucks. It seems well worth the try to me................... rather than call it good. Jeff
  11. Yohn are you going to come on the run? Jeff

  14. Rick and Woody are in.......................... Jeff
  15. Just to add on to 3eyed's post make sure that once you get the blocks in, they are pushing the strut in twards the motor, if they are backwards, you'll know, and it aint good, you'll have to stand on the rotor to get the strut down there will be pinched figers and lots of swear words involved so get out the ear muffs for the kids if you have any. I've done several of them and thats the hardest part........................................... Jeff
