being an overweight person myself, i understand how you feel Connie. i hate having my pic taken as well. you did yourself ALOT bigger of a favor by quitting the cigs and drinks. i`m having a hard time trying to go onto a diet (nutrisystem), because i love food and they give pigeon meals. at 270, that ain`t cuttin it for me:dead: . its all good tho, all the FUNNY comedians and celebs are or were overweight:banana: Chris Farley, John Candy, Drew Carey, ect ect Rock on Connie:burnout: your still cool in my book -
for the record chopped fiberglass is a PITA never tried the sheets with seperate resin. i am pretty mean with some house window wrapping aluminum, some snips and a rivet gun tho:grin:

The Loyale's last ride...
75subie replied to Andy FitzGibbon's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
its a great commuter to run back and forth to liberty. i always found it enjoyable to drive. a/c and all. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showpost.php?p=629671&postcount=14 as much as the RS is tempting, i just could never bring myself to buy a car with those miles. thanks for the offer tho. -
who gives a damn momentum is key:Flame:

basically everything can easilly be replaced except rusted unibodies. harrys u pull it in hazelton has all the mechanicals. check the floors/rockers/shock mounts/unibody rails closely for rust. $250 seems like a decent price.

yea grow a mullet and you'll be having to beat the girls off with a stick sweet iroc though. looks like it hasn`t been severly beaten like the ones around here.

heres a thread i made about the obs, i'd still sell it just for the extra cash. its a great car to rack miles up on leaving it as-is, or you could always paint it up nicely. i always had intentions of painting it obsidian black with a rs bumper and gun metal wheels, but that will probly never happen for me. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=77331&highlight=impreza i'd like the rs, but i doubt i could afford one. i doubt you saw my brat the other day but maybe, can`t remember where i was , there is one other that i saw at taco bell one day, the guy was a real a$$. if you think brats are rare, i have a 69 subaru 360 pickup as well. not a prob, i am not the type to search for people for discounts -

wow 449k thats VERY impressive. i am actually really surprised a 2.5 made it that far. he must travel alot. i've got a 97 obs 5sp i'd sell if he needs another car. it has 58k miles looking for $1300 for it. -
Are Xt and Rx body's the same

just to save you some time and money, they will not work without alot of fabrication. if you are willing to fabricate new mounts for everything, give it a shot. people have had ideas about doing simular things, but usually chicken out. -

hi no, not at all. all the body peices are completly different -
the single range ea81s had the shifter on the console, i owned one. it just has 1 click up, not 2. i believe Durania is correct.

if the XT is a manual, please pm me a price (of course, i realize Matt is 1st in line) have you got any pics of it? -
its all a "come on" they get you there, then they tell you your car needs like 5 other things. funny part is, they always get a sucker to spend some dough.
