Get on Craigslist and find a manual tranny car that is running and go ahead and practice on that and if you blow the tranny/motor up just call the local wrecker and they'll pick it up for free .... power shifting is not really a necessity to know and if you know how to do it and do it incorrectly your ************ outta luck

dont need no stinking wiring diagram i wired my wagon with trial and error and it works perfect with aftermarket speakers and sub and im using the stock wiring harness (No Smoking/ Fire Yet thats an acomplishment)

so if i wanted to do this i could put a catch can on both valve cover breathers and the pcv tube as well?

no you don't have to transfer running gear you just need an adapter plate which a few people on the board sell

the music part i can do i got a sub and aftermarket speakers and the exhaust is loud to so just crank it all up

oil was just changed 80 miles ago and it sat for about 3 weeks and it has sat that long befor without ticking

i went out there felt the cover and it was shaking alittle but could have been the motor so i took it up past reline and it just stoped ticking

im just gonna drive it like that till it dies and it'll go to the JY or be parted out

My EA82 has been sitting for a month and i went to start it today and now im hearing a REALLY loud ticking my oil level and pressure are good WTF? My Radiator Level is in range to.... so im lost is this T.O.D. i took it around the block slowly then i threw it in first and took it up to redline and it got quiet for a while then it came back.

Better yet a complete subaru made of titanium

I tell you what my EA82 wagon has a manual rack and when i got in my moms car with PS i almost crashed into the wall because it was so easy to turn I Cranked on the wheel like in my wagon and that wheel went over real quick and easy... so there is a big difference :-p

just buy the head light tint spray paint stuff and spray it on your windows or for the limo tint look Black spray paint

my uncle used that restore stuff you put in your oil and his compression went from 120's in all cylinder to 160-170's in all cylinder And i am also using it in my subaru but haven't done a compression test though maybe try that
