  1. just foam it and lightly bondo it just in case it falls out and call it good
  2. Yes it's the same radiator as long as it's non turbo i believe. You can bolt in the transmission, but I'm not sure if the loyale kept the mounting points for linkage and everything someone else will know better though
  3. looks like its 4 on 140 they should really fit any Subaru from the 80's early 90's other than the justy
  4. no worries it picked up a rod knock today time to put in the other engine i have....
  5. i just replaced valve stem seals and head gaskets i think 5k ago and it started smoking like this after the first thousand
  6. pcv system is clear although there was oil in all of the lines and also does anyone in the Seattle area wanna adjust my hydro lifter setup after redoing the head gaskets they've been loud but i don't understand how to adjust em hah...
  7. hahaha i know its bad but it's all i could get why would the pcv hose clogged put oil in the cylinder?
  8. i can park it anywhere and it will do it if it sits for an extended amount of time i replaced the pcv with a fram which is probably a no no but its only getting oil in the number 2 hole
  9. what would cause number 2 cylinder to fill with oil over night not a lot but just enough to make it smoke for a mile and the plug is oil fouled as well. all other holes are clean and spark plugs are the color the should be.... compression is 125 for all 4 holes I'm stumped my brother says valve guides but i dunno plus, if you pull it up over 4k it smokes like a chimney to oh its a ea81 with FI swap if it matters
  10. just gotta wait for Turbone to chime in his rx has this manifold setup if i recall right
  11. take your shock down to your local parts house and have them cross reference them to air shocks that use the little nozzle and you fill them when you need them with a compressor
  12. last time i owned a ea82t i had that problem it turned out to be one of my brand new plugs were bad out of the box
  13. My neighbors house caught on fire and almost caught our trees on fire as well as having his ammunition going off for 4 or 5 minutes straight fire trucks surrounding my house was kinda cool but the whole burnt wet cedar smell sucks as well as the neighbors losing there house no one was hurt tho
  14. sounds like fuel pump problem can you hear the pump running?
  15. look at the price for the lsd O.o! http://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/pts/1288369919.html
  16. haha i have the music up high cause my engine isnt running that great right now... and i look at it like this if i cant hear it, it's fine.... that is untill it stops running
  17. whats the torque spec on these rims does anyone know? i've never had a rim type where the lug goes into the rim... lets just say i put on enough torque to where it's just about to break the studs
  18. Heres the rims i got from Ever Victorious. I sand blasted them up and 2 of them were pretty curb rashed. So i painted them all bronze and put the worst two on the passanger side so i don't have to see them . All thats left to do is lower it about 4 inches and put a new engine in it .
  19. i had this problem on my turbo wagon it was caused by bad iridium spark plugs i put a standard set of NGK's in and everything was fine
  20. and for the timing belts you can mess em up all you want its non interferance
  21. btw i have access to a sand blaster at my work and i could go in on my day off and do it for a small fee based on item size
  22. he used eg Honda front struts with adjustable coil overs and re-clocked the rear torsion bar
  23. the shaft that connects the steering wheel to the box in between the u-joints has to be extended it isn't hard lift the rig cut the shaft in half find appropriate tubing and weld it together (tac it together in car weld on bench)
  24. yeah i bought this one as a daily cause it was fairly rust free... the brat was rotting away so i got rid of it befor it started to fall apart
