no he actualy could only smoke 1 tire and his carb crapped out lol it was rockin the 318. the watter was my rad cap gasket was bad ant it fell off on the second run was scared till i poped the hood lol

hey there is a red about 95 legacy wagon with a five speed AWD tranny in it in the oroville california PAP lots of good parts compleat EJ22 just thought il post it.

well put a can of seafoam in it along with injector cleaner and changed the tranny fluid filter but yeah drove all the 670 miles from ellensburg to california and it ran great the whole way filled up in madras ore. at a quarter of a tank i just dont get how you oregon people can let other people pump your gas it bugs me lol. but anywho when i got here it had a god awful TOD but after i got off the freeway it went away it started to get hot when i got here turns out i forgot to plug in one of the cooling fans so it was only gettign the air from the freeway on one side but plugged it i n and she runs like a top. also is there anyone around oroville,scramento or chico that has a hood and passenger side headlight for a 93 impreza ?? and posibly a grill ?? if so i would really like to buy them hopefully cheaper than a PAP but we will see thanks Rob.

well put the new belt on and it runs good but if you stomp the pedal to the floor it just boggs down even in nutral but if you gradualy give it gas it gose great WTF is wrong with this damn impreza?

well its all or nothing i pulled the belt and had then next to eachother the old one was noticably streached about a quarter to half an inch im taking of to california in it in the morning i just changing all the belts and tranny filter and fluid and plugs. Rob.

ok im thinking this mihgt bea factor here i was i nthe car the other day and realized that it has 271,xxx miles on it do you think the timing belt could be a little worn and streached justa little? im off to do the belts now but cant do the timing as i dont know how and my hayns only covers ej12,ea82,ej22,25,33

hey i got my gf a 95 impreza with the ej18 it sat for a while and when we first started it it had a tick and then went away it ran good drove it for about 2 or three days and it progressivly started to pop through the intake wors and worse you get it higher in the rpms and the pop kinda subsides but then it has likea knock not a hard knock but constant one could i be a timing issue the car has 260,000 miles on it and im thinking the timing belts might have streched a little and jumped a tooth. any info would help.

i was in corv. the other day it sucked. i pulled up to a cop to as for directions and the one he was talking to pulled away in a hurry spun around behind me got out and started yelling at me for pulling up to the car. stupit ************ers IMO and then the fuel pump went out. so just another fun thing to do in Oregon. but i got my new(to me) windshield and am bringing my hatch to my house tomrow YAY.

ok so i saw a guys wheelin rig the other day and he has it painted up like an old military truck you know that olive green with the white star on the door and bumper numbers and such. Also i saw a hatch on craigslist a week ago with the same deal so i wnet to the store and got some latex paint (yes latex) im painting it with a roller i have half of it done and its looking really good but i want to know what would be a good bumper number? anyone know i was thinking of going with HQ-88B (tank rescue) or something like that but then i started the think like make it personel heres a list feel free to add to it. maby it will go on my subaru. HQ-88B (tank rescue) EA-82 (DUH) RT-EA (Rob Terrys EA) US-86S (U.S. 86 suabru) 86-XC (86 X-CAB) U.S.M.B.(DUH) SWR-1 (subaru wheelin rig 1) just some let me know hat you think and i will get pic when i get it done.

havent read the other pistas but yeah the 3at is ************ and you will get better gas mialage no matter what engine you have with a 5 speed behind it.

yeah that is one great ad every time i see it it takes me back to my first subaru (first car really) first 4x4,wheeling trip, camping trip by myself yep had alot of firsts in that car it was a sad day when i had to take "the walk". weird how meaningless something can be to hundreds of people but to few it meens the world thats deep man. :-\ Rob.

ok so idk if any one has tried this yet well i do but not on here a friend of mine took a set of 15 inch subaru doughnut tires well ntoa set but 4 you know lol and had the tires removed and gota set of narrow 15 inch snow tires to fit on the wheels and he could runn them with no problems just thought i would throw that out there. i will try and get pics. it is pretty neat.

hey check the water pump i have had the little Oring on the metal pipe go bad and leak from there also if you dont do the pump gaskit right( not cleaning the serface right ect.) it will also leak. justa thought.

are you the guy who rode the brown KONA i think like road bike? if so i have seen you. but yeah i went to EHS i have monday off and could possibly get my car going by then.

hey glad to see you found them lol finaly made it out of town at around noon lol looks good though.when i get my engine from jerry ill pull the ea81 form the hatch and you can have it im gonna fix the intake gaskits and run it for a wile just tomake shure its not a dud lol. rob
