  1. if I could get a sedan with that bumper I'd rock it hard. your widebody looks pimpalicious!
  2. is that a factory color? I love it!
  3. My original post should have read "the beam acts as a sway bar?" I see where I goofed... I stated as fact when I meant to ask a question my bad!
  4. just that an engine makes more power slightly leaned out. as opposed to pig rich.. it's just another way to trick an ECU. (I agree with you... being alittle leaner or richer shouldn't be enough to rip engine mounts) 88-ish camry owners report nice gains from a few clicks but it's all rump roast-dyno gains
  5. then it isn't a torsion beam suspension. it's an independant rear suspension. if you have your terms wrong to start with how can you expect a good answer. (see I can be an rump roast too. and I went out on a limb for that I really thought when you all said torsion beam it was an actual torsion beam suspension) does it have springs, too? or dio the bars act as the springs?
  6. yes one just like that one!
  7. It's Bruick... get it right, dawg.
  8. when you get it working I want pics of it in various states as I have never seen one working,, (I think my uncle's Junkyard has one but I haven;t really checked)
  9. I know it works for old toyotas. and the flapper maf is very similar inside... I know all you would be doing would be changing the spring tension increasing tension would make the door harder to open leading to reading it as less air. leaning things out. and the opposite should also be true taking tension away would richen the mixture. but does it work enough to be worth doing?? I am going to search more but flapper maf mostly leads to posts about not worth it to drive that far for a flapper maf turbo car, lol
  10. the torsion beam does the job of a sway bar... what you want is to strengthen the beam between the arms.. does it unbolt? so you can bolt in something heavier?
  11. anybody played with the clock spring ring??
  12. cool.... those rims look great for 200 plus ship!
  13. check all the fuses and the fusible links.
  14. god, found this on search..... and had to add If you can't Duck it, you know the rest!
  15. broken timing belts make a whirring sound also. FYI when you turn the key have someone check if the cranks turns and pull the disty cap and see if the disty turns this should help with your answer.
  16. I need help with that part, lol if you can help me figure what to trim I'd like to do an EJ swap ,,, but I am going to be so lost...... mechanical I handle
  17. ha anybody got a third light video? you know the center one? can't seem to find any.
  18. you have the ea81 fan run all the time? or is it set for a certain temperature?
  19. don't do it to your only one like this works too
  20. I like this idea of running an EJ on the existing fuel setup...
