  1. I know, its kinda a habit. I like how these feel while closing the door though, More natural movement. One happy Subaru owner! Funny it all started in 2006, like this!
  2. So the sunroof was an aftermarket application?
  3. Why the hell did they put it right there? Looks odd. Well that blows, you could rig up some aftermarket map light maybe. All the Legacys I have seen with a Sunroof also have a larger headunit which has maplights and window controls on it. I wonder if you can retrofit one of those onto yours. I'm sure the window control connector would be the same, plus with the larger unit, it'll cover up that stain -Tom
  4. Ok sounds good. Well, no other guesses to what these headrests are from? I will answer it now, They are from a Silver 2000 Forester Limited! That is the only Forester with this style of headrest, the XT6 has a similar style.
  5. Its a soft cloth, but not SVX. C'mon ya'll!
  6. No, you do not remove the headliner. Just map out where the hole is (Look at the car you took it off of) then just cut the hole and the tapped screw holes will be there. I have a Gray Maplight from a first gen Lego, I will see if it lines up the same. If so, you want it?
  7. I just ran a wire off from the center lights power (As its a constant 12v) the maplight grounds its self with one of the screws. I'm kinda surprised the 5spd doesn't have the same emissions crap? WTF. Making it a 5spd isn't gonna change its emissions
  8. I bet no one can guess which Subaru these Headrests are out of. (Hint) its an EJ chassis.
  9. Which dome light? Center or the rear cargo dome? My car originally came with the center dome and a cargo light, I added the Map-light from another Legacy, and then I changed the rear cargo light for one from a '98 Outback, due to its a different style. I wonder why only the Autos have an EGR?
  10. Changed the rear cargo light, with one out of a '98 Outback Limited. Yes there is a difference in style and this one uses a larger bulb which puts out way more light!
  11. WOW thats fantabulous!! So how do you send picutres to Subaru anyhow? Or did they come to you? Like you rear other owners stories in the "Drive" magazines, we'll how do you send a picture or video with that? Been wondering
  12. Get some decent tires for a start, if you got stuck in that little bit of snow/mud, then you need better tires.
  13. I run NGK BPR6ES-11 in my EA82. You can also run BPR7ES-11s.
  14. This car is pretty nice in person, and it also has a Weber swap!
  15. Yes, that would be the Cat that is part of the Y-pipe. The Resonator is on the Mid-pipe about 5" behind the cat.
  16. It should have an EGR I would think. But yes its a 4EAT.
  17. Lol, "Gimmie that cover Granny!" All you need to do is trim a spot for the EGR and Vac lines so the cover will seat all the way down. You also need to the two metal brackets that bolt to the intake of course.
  18. Retrofit first gen EJ22 cover.
  19. Yeah they are painted with a clear. You could always scruff them up with 100 gritt and then repaint them with another metalic steal color (Or any color of your choice of course) I repainted mine flat white (Engine enamel) and it works and looks great! -Tom
