  1. the gates timing kit rocks its 4 or 5th one i used on different cars first Subaru one, compared to the FWD cars i have done the subies are a cake walk. thanks for all the help, jeff
  2. on the 18mm non fouler any know where to get stainless steel one's ??? the brine they paste our roads here has taken a toll on mine .....and when they rust off they suck to remove ...don't even ask me how i know ....Jeff
  3. sorry about that 2004 LGT its the rear lower bolts they look like 14 mm x 100mm long think its a 1.5 thread a 5/8 bolt may work ?/ cherryed the nuts and every thing they were welded had to cut one off
  4. hi all i need 2 of the rear strut bolts the long bolts and nuts that fasten the strut to the lower knuckle does any know the size and thread of it even if any one has a part number would help?? Jeff

  9. IRC buy the seals from Subaru ?? or is after market ok . all ready have the t stat and gasket here OEM Subaru parts going to do new hoses and i have to order a couple of bottles of the antifreeze conditioner .... I also have to do the struts on this car which brand should i buy ????
  10. Hi all going to do the timing belt very shortly on the wife 2004 LGT i know of the timing kits with all of the pullies and water pump, what else do i need to change when I'm in there ???? and how are the gates timing kits ? its the one I'm looking at on rock auto Jeff
  11. on the 5th sensor i don't even know what code that one would give ????? would not be a bank 1 or bank 2 420 code that sensor covers both streams
  12. did the mod on mine over 40,000 miles ( 2004 with the 5 sensors in it ) ago it does work you have to do both sensors after the cats ..... the only problem i have had is the anti-fouler will rot off after a while ...the driver side just rusted and broke tonight Jeff
  13. I'm one that the Subaru stuff worked had the drip problem (small drip ) antifreeze smell could not find the leak used 2 bottle and good as al most new ........ jeff
  14. on the sea-foam, i need to do the plugs and wires and valve cover gaskets yes I'm getting oil in the wells would you do it before or after the plug change ?? Jeff

  16. i been using bolts off of the Ford SHO I been parting out .....lol
  17. i had the whole sub frame ( motor and trans) out of one of my ford SHO atx cars never had a problem lifting with it jeff
  18. If your using the dawn method of cleaning try using a little suger with it to add grit ......works great as for hand cleaners i either use bear paw or cherry crush and BTW you can buy the cherry stuff at auto zone
  19. I have the air operated cyl also on my HF fold-able crane its killer love the color of it may have to custom paint mine also .... plus it will keep the HF hates away
  20. driver side fender well its a remote filter by the fog light you have to pull the inner fender well down (have a 04 gt ) Jeff

  22. 2004 2.5 LGT NON TURBO 78,000 MILES ( first 2.5's with the zero emissions only sold in Boston and cali areas) no running problems idle ok power ok also . could it be a o2 sensor going bad ?? Jeff
