  1. I'll take one, but I need a 3X. Are you still gonna do some of those? Thanks
  2. I have never used a torque wrench while installing new plugs, you will be fine, if you've done it before, you'll be able to do it again. It's very straight forward.
  3. Check the levels in your radiator, it's much more important that your radiator is topped off at all times, but still a little odd that it's low in the overflow
  4. Looks pretty good!! Cool color, I haven't seen that color very much. That thing will look nice all lifted with some decent wheels and tires!!
  5. Yeah I know about the exhaust stuff, and I won't have an air cleaner, it will be fuel injected. So I should just be able to make a mount for the power steering and it will work? Thanks guys!
  6. pop off the trim piece on the inside behind the mirror and there will be a plug. Unplug the wires and pull the whole mirror off wires and all!
  7. Yeah I honestly don't think he cared, but that's ok, I made some money back!
  8. Yeah but he's talking the EA82 style.
  9. Yup that's it!! Get them rebalanced
  10. They wouldn't leak internally, they would leak externally. Definitely check!!
  11. So, that shows that all were the same.
  12. Yeah I have no pics, but it was a white 90 Loyale and my friend cut the roof off and put 15" donuts on it with used old outback tires and we all beat the crap out of it. We also used it as a yard vehicle to haul around parts between the shop and the parts cars out in the woods. It was beat to crap and formed to the trail! This was several years ago so I don't have any pics. The motor finally blew and it was retired.
  13. Cool, Well if you can't I'd be more than happy to hook you up with the one I have. Good luck!
  14. I was wondering what is needed to put and EA81 into an EA82. I know about the intake etc. because I have the fuel injection in my Brat. But will the y-pipe bolt up, and will the clutch and flywheel from the EA82 bolt onto the EA81? Anything else. Thanks! Also will the EA82 power steering bolt onto the EA81 motor?
  15. I just went out and cleaned out the interior a little and found probably 3 bucks in change on the floor!! I've never found that much change in a car before. I always find some but this was insane:lol:. But anyways, it's nice to see the floor!!! The previous owner(even though he's a friend) is quite the slob when it comes to his cars. I still have to vac it out and try to clean the seats a little, and then put an air freshener or 12 in there. As soon as my grandfather gets done with the front aluminum lift blocks, I will throw those in! Can't wait!!
  16. I have personally seen a Loyale wagon that had the roof cut off and was beat HARD and never folded or broke. It's sole purpose was to beat on in the field and in the woods and it took it very well, Very flexy!! It made the suspension travel a lot more!
  17. yes details!! Does this mean it's still all EA components and you were able adapt the 5 lug and brakes?
  18. :lol:Yeah in that sense I love the mud, but my yard is going to be terrible!! I'm not going to be able to get to my shed and my cars will sink away into the mud.
  19. So the 2WD are softer then?
  20. So just to let everyone know, If you ever want to try an older style alternator in a 2000 it won't work! Both plugs have two wires so I figured that if I spliced the wires that it would work, but it doesn't! So I'm still on the search for an alternator, but I should have one soon!
  21. Hmmm, I just wonder if it's ok to put 2WD springs on 4WD struts.
  22. Yeah I can't remember exactly what is there and what needs to be done, but I know you have to drill holes for all the rear suspension stuff. But it's a good little car. I still wish I had my old 89 GL touring wagon! That thing was mint and no rust and I put a lot of new parts in it, but I was a dumb rump roast and sold it! I'll never forgive myself for that one!! But I should be able to make this into a nice ride.
  23. Man sounds like you got a steal on it!! That's awesome. Do you need a mirror? I have a spare.
