Yep just changed them with cheapy NAPA remans and 5000mi so far so good.

When I put 2" lift blocks on my Forester I had the same thing. Would really snap crackle and pop on tight corners. Original CV's on front,119000mi. Changed them out and problem solved.

Those trails and the creek are off Arches fork road on rt20 between Clarksburg and New Martinsville. Our house up there is right about there on rt20.

Just got back from W.V. Some pics from trip. Packing up. Most of the driving at night. Sunrise in West Virginia. New river bridge on rt79. Highest single arch (826ft) and second highest bridge in states. Top of driveway at our house. (Niece and Nephew in driveway) Some shots on trails/logging roads. Ran down a creek bed for about a mile,was way fun. Wife and Grandsons playing in creek. With a crawdad. My Grandsons. All in all was great time. (will post some vids)

Yes I once had a hole in my block. On a side note this engine still ran,drove it up onto the flatbed tow truck.

That Wagon was awesome. The front part of the frame,the front axle,the whole front of the truck was hydrolic and he could extend his wheel base by about 20". Front drive shaft was square. The whole thing was backyard engineered and tough as hell. Wasn't real fast but no rocks could stop it.

First I know almost NOTHING about rallying. But I'm friends with the guy who runs Offroadpromotor http://www.offroadpromotor.com/ and they just held the Southeast tough truck challenge http://www.settc.net/ Their are alot of 4wheeler tracks at Hardrock off-road park http://www.hardrockmx.com/ and would be good place to hold off-road rally. (it's in Ocala FL) He has expressed some interest in doing this so if someone here puts these on wants to contact me or Joe at thru Offroadpromotor feel free.

2nd that,plastic blocks would wear out and cause slop,break bolts.

Behind the cab I would mount it to the top of the frame instead of the sides.
