Had too run a small bead of weld on the inside of two of the races to get them too break loose from the knuckle even in the press. Not a hard job to do if you got tools or access to them and a little bit of wrenching under your belt.

(I'm a little rough on the old Foz) unibrook is right about the coolant additive to keep the head gaskets fresh. At about 100,000mi do the timing belt and you'll be fine. Love my 01,most fun I've ever had with a car.

Bad driver side would be louder turning right as it loaded up,passengers louder when turning left. Just my experience.17 to 20mpg in town depending on how heavy my right foot is at the time. 24+ mpg on the highway depending on where the cruise is set,headwinds,etc. Highest I've got was 28mpg out of a tank on the highway coming back from WV.Got about 4000mi on the lift and all CV's are fine. Don't have the Phantom grip,was just considering it. I have done the 4eat lock(sorta)switch and that works FANTASTIC in soft loose sand.
