That looks more like a "not allowed within 1000 feet of a school" car...

Automatic to manual
You will also need at least the forward section of the drive line if the car is 4wd. Edit already covered by Russ.

$200 winter car has turned into an obsession.
the plan for the cruiser is to get it road worthy again (it was in a rear end accident with a small amount of damage to the front end) probably some OME 2.5" or stock replacement springs Med rear and heavy front. get rid of the awful wheels that came on it (LesSchwab specials) and replace them wit FJ Cruiser wheels, clean up the interior, stereo, tint windows, roof basket, lights, front bumper, rear bumper, etc. I was aware of the fuel mileage, not going to be a daily driver just a camping/snow vehicle that is more capable than the wagon is. have anything left over from yours?

$200 winter car has turned into an obsession.
Have not sold it yet, but I did just get a 91 fj80! so the wagon is supposed to go as soon as it is fit to sell. I am already having reservations about selling it and I haven't officially put it up for sale! the Cruiser was way to good of a deal to pass up.

EA82 Oil Pump Pulley Broken?
I had this situation when I did my timing belts on my wagon before the engine swap but I had a new replacement pump already. so the offending part was discarded.

LOL! Rob, thanks but no thanks. trying to reduce the fleet... I will know for sure this weekend if it's for sale. I've been down the VW rabbit hole before I'd prefer to stay out of it if I can. No trades, thank you.

single din cupholder?
having the cup holder on the top would keep the wires from getting caught in the cup holder, just be careful about full open top cups and cans spilling into your new radio. I say go for it, Make sure and take some pics, the thing that annoys me the most about my wagon is no cup holder, Would be a nice on to do a write up on.
-
single din cupholder?
I meant hitting your cup holder or drink with your fist or gear knob while shifting in to first, third or fifth.
-
single din cupholder?
I will assume you are talking about the 3rd Gen GL or Loyale. the half din size might work better, generally the scosche kits have a, EQ knock out slot below the radio you could easily fit that lower half din cupholder in, not sure off the top of my head how much room is allowed between the shifter and the radio, might be something to consider before you go and do all the extra work.

iphone mount for my 2011 Subaru Legacy
tractor pole replied to ellisra7's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXI really like the way that most of these brackets install, you cam go back to stock without too much trouble and no damage or extra holes. http://panavise.com/index.html 2010-2014 outback http://panavise.com/pdf_indash/75134-310.pdf and they sell cradles that bolt right up to the bracket.

dual range swap into loyale?
Easy bolt in swap, you will need the shifter and interior shifter trim parts from the dual range car.

Super sleeper nova
generally this guys videos are awesome...

legacy radiator in loyale?
Agreed, I have an Impreza radiator in my loyale and an ej swap creates some space issues between the crank pulley and the radiator. I had to cut/modify upper and lower core support to get it to fit. I have read that the BRZ radiator will fit without too much modification.
