  1. My low oil pressure was due to a bad sender - is your leaking at all? As to the clunking - check all mounting points - I had a struthat was loosely mounted.
  2. Do you still have the intake manifold and is it a carb? Looking for one for my 87 DL wagon to mount a weber. want a second manifold to reduce downtime.
  3. Sesh - thanks for the note - sent you an email - Bob

  4. Sesh,

Bob in Farmington again.... dropped you a line about your craigslist weber a couple weeks ago. Sorry I didn't get back, sure you sold it.

I picked up a new one and am accumulating parts for my rebuild now. Was wondering who you used for your machine shop work in Durango, the shops down here in Farmington seem to be fixated on "bow ties" and "blue ovals". Would like to deal with someone used to subies and a trip ti Durango is NBD.

I didn't realize there were so many subie fans around here. Best rigs ever IMHO. I keep looking for a good Brat; I bought an '86 brand new when I was in grad school. Miss it ever since the ex got it in the divorce. Unfortunately, they're like gold these days.

The wagon is mostly for my daughter's first car, but I like to play. Once its up, maybe we can wheel up the pass some weekend. I've also got a '76 FJ40.... as they say, too many projects, too little time..

    Cheers - Bob

  5. Was wondering if it would make any sense to weld up the extra holes when redrilling a set of toyota 6's, the steel wagon wheel style. I think it could be done easily with a mig without distortion and would make for a nice wheel to powder coat. Never been a fan of the "extra holes" look. I need to do a set for my lift on the '87 wagon and was wondering. Any thoughts? BTW, pugs seem to be non-existent in NM, everyone drives a pickup here. Anyone every seen these in the southwest? Seem like jackalopes. Bob
  6. Come on guys, where's all the "interested" parties. Scott's givin' a pretty good disco, I placed my order... can't wait to lift my RU:banana:
  7. I might be up for an EA82 4" lift for my '87 wagon - what kind of discount are we talking? Bob
