I have 96 OBS with 4 wheel dics and ABS and Last week the ABS light came on and would go off when I turned the car off and come back a day or two later. The brakes worked fine and I had no problem but yesterday the brakes seem to be pulsating (sp?) when light brake pressure is applied at slow speeds only. If I hit the brakes hard at any speed it comes to a normal stop but if im just sowing down or using light peddal pressure it feels like the abs is kicking in. Any ideas on what to check for? And I checked the fuses and they are ok. I almost forgot but I installed a wrx brake kit 3 weeks ago even thought it shouldnt have any effect on the abs, unless I knocked a wire loose. Which Ill check tomarrow when I got time.

I got the car to start, I just tried to start the car and it did. I also find out that when you move the coil, I had it mounted by the top bolt only, it starts to stall to car. Why does it do this, does it have to do with the coil being grounded?

I recently bought a accell super stock coil to put into my 92 loyale. I swaped everything out and put in the new coil and the car doesnt have any spark now. I figured it was doa so I threw my stock coil back in and it still wont start. I also have a spar coil from my xt and I tired that one also and it still wont turn over. Im thinking I have some wires not conected or something b/c I know the 2 stock coils were working not even 20 min b4 I switched them around. Any Ideas on whats going on? And on my loyale there is a sensor on the coil mount. What is it? and what does it do? I dont have it on my xt. and was wondering if it was needed to start the car.

I have both a 3.9 (currently in loyale) and a 3.7(in my xt im parting out) which should I use? and whats the difference, performace wise? It just I dont know anything about the rear diff and different gearing and what not.

EA82T Swap into a 92 Loyale questionssimpreza2 posted a topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales... Im thinking of parting out my 86 xt turbo and keeping the engine(68k) and putting it in my loyale(200k). I also have a d/r tranny I want to put in the loyale also. What parts will I need from the XT besides the engine, ecu, and exhaust? Im guessing I will need the xt crossmember also? I havent really looked at the loyale b/c Its my brothers and hes not home much. Is that all I would need from the xt? I dont want to sell something I might need for the swap. And with the tranny b/c the loyale currently has a 5spd s/r tranny swaping in a d/r should only require the 2nd shift lever for the d/r part?

I would be interested in any front strut assemblies or rear coil/shock for my air to coil suspension swap for my 86 xt, if you have any. Im bust this weekend but i might be able to make it next weekend. Jon

They should click in (down) then there is 2 more on the bottom right and left side. I dont know how they come out. I was in a hurry and broke mine:banghead:
