  1. I need a set of Turbo decals for my sedan EA82. 4wd turbo and 4wd and more that í Cant find on your website
  2. And the inline walbro just goes in place of stock pump next to the rear right tire right?
  3. Thanks man. I appreciate the time you take on answer the threads on here. See your posts in all the EJ Q threads. I also have your pdf in my phoe and my computer So if I just put the walbro in straight away it wouldn't ve a problem, good. So I'll do that and change all the rubber lines. Should I just get regular rubber fuel lines or braided steel ones?
  4. What do I need to do with my fuel system in my carburated L-Series so I can run the N/A 2.0l EJ motor? I know that I cannot use the carb fuel pump, could I use the fuel pump from a Loyale SPFI? Or maybe a EA82T pump? I have a Walbro 255lph that goes in the car when my turbo EJ motor will be ready next year but I'm doing a N/A swap first so I can fix everything this year that needs to be fixed and do my 5x100 swap and suspension and I want to have the car running whilst I fix it.
  5. I'm 4wd guys and I have drums in the rear. Just wanna get discs all around and 5x100. No dodgy methods please
  6. I knew they were a seperate thing in the USDM cars. I have a JDM car so I don't have the temp gauge Thanks for the heads up
  7. I love how quick you guys are to reply to problems on this forum I'm going to dig in and try to fix this problem this weekend. I haven't noticed any check engine light so far. The to-do list: (The easy stuff first) - Check for ECU codes - Air filter - Check sparkplugs and wires - Compression test - Fuel pressure test - Check for vacuum leaks - Coil - Checking all grounds - Unplug and clean all connectors - Fuel filter - Injection cleaner - Drive with the gas cap off - Check for leaking fuel pressure regulator - Check for exhaust leaks - New temp sensor - Clean/change the MAF - Change the fuel pump and check the sock - Crank sensor
  8. Just bought an Subaru Leone EA82T '87. Fires right up no problem and drives great. But 10min into the drive I start noticing a slight hesitation on throttle, like a plug wire problem would feel like. Then the car starts to lose power and starts to sputter and bog and backfire until it doesn't have the power to drive on and stalls. Then I have to wait up to an half an hour to be able to get it running again. Any thoughts on this?
  9. E12 is the body type of the car, in JDM market it's called Subaru E12
  10. is this a new swap? you never got it running? Was or is your ej swap car auto? they have a neautral switch in the ej loom you have to bypass. did your ej swap car have a clutch start switch?
  11. One sentence for the impreza rear suspension in legacy "Saggy bottom syndrome"
  12. So it seems that I have sourced me some XT6 rear hubs and back plates. I haven't bought it yet and never seen a set so in have some questions Do the EJ style brakes (discs and the rest) fit on the Xt6 rear hubs without an adapter?
  13. And one more regarding the shifter. SubaruTex's info indicates that you can't use the ea82 shifter boot and interior dye ti a further back location of the shifter. How did you make your interior piece fit?
  14. Did you use a manual EJ series shaft and shortened 55mm?
  15. Subscribed. Cant wait to see more
  16. Hi. I've been reading alot on the 5x100 swap on a EA82 but I can't find the info I need. I have a n/a w drumbrakes in the rear and I want to upgrade the brakes and to 5x100. I already know i can modify in easily in the front but I was thinking how to do it in the rear. Where I live it's really hard to come across turbo disc brakes and not even a slight chance getting XT6 parts. Can I somehow upgrade with custom work my drum brakes to impreza disk brakes in the back or do I need to get ea82 turbo disc brake stuff first. Also if anyone here can source me XT6 rear hubs and trans mounts and ship them I can transfer the money for it and also pay for your troubles
  17. I'm swapping a builded EJ205 motor and a GC8 5sp gearbox into my EA82 Leone. I want to upgrade the drivetrain. Hubs. 5x100. Axles. Diff. Brakes. Suspension. WITHOUT using XT6 parts to do it. Where I live I have no chance of sourcing XT6 parts. What are my options? I wouldn't say I'm on a budget but still can't spend too much on it if possible. I'm open for all ideas
  18. You can redrill your hubs to any lug pattern. Only a good shop should do it though
  19. A couple of years ago my Leone '86 motor broke down and I replaced the motor with another one which came out of a running car. I started the motor and it ran fine for a few minutes. Drove it around but I felt some power loss. I drove it home and let it cool down. When I tried again the motor wouldn't make any compression and the crank sound was a solid whine... I took the motor out and I found out that I had some vales stuck open. I got an extra pair of heads and replaced them. The same happened again when the motor cooled down, tho it never overheated or nothing. Valves stuck open. I got another complete motor and swapped it in. Same thing happened to that motor. So I gave up and the car has been sitting for a few years. Do you have any explanation for this or any theories? - Kristjan
  20. Thank you so much, now I just have to cross my fingers and try it on mine
  21. I'm planning on keeping my stock wheelhubs, I have 3 sets of redrilled 6lug rims with 195/45R15 tires mounted Pic of one of the rims inside my Mazda 626 '81 Does anyone have any pictures of their setup? With or without the 5lug swap.
