still don't think we need pistons yet, unless they bump the comp ratio up a little

he has the stock cams still, and I don't think he wants to bore for some reason. now me on the other hand I've been thinking about something along those lines with multi-layer headgaskets, some custom ground cams..................I just wrote a page full then deleted it, but lets say it'd be a monster but on the other hand I'm pretty sure some EM would be a better thing to waste money on.

steering rack question
I'm only going to put like 100 mile on it max. I've driven a car that lost its power steering before, it was hard but not hard enough to be "a problem in traffic" you kinda scrawny there cuda? I'm going to throw the rack out of the 89 parts in it, and prolly send this one of to get it rebuilt with better stuff. planning upon putting steering rack bushings in with the 89s rack so I've got that covered Actually no, as I routed the lines together, and why would it ruin the rack to begin with? The fluid is there to provide hydraulic assist. ya I took it kinda harsh, I apologize for taking it farther.

steering rack question
I spent 30 mins on here. and I know about it being harder, it wasn't that hard to figure out. I appreciate the concern but, I should be strong enough to handle it. (WTF is with teh hostility on the board lately? seems as tho if you aren't in/from the PNW then you're screwed)

steering rack question
would it be ok to run the rack with out fluid? my boot is leaking (I messed up a seal in teh rack I'm guessing) and I don't have time to replace the rack yet so I'm just going to pull the pump and route the lines together, get a belt that will run the alt, wp, and teh crank for now (it will prolly be a week till I get a chance to replace it)

front mount intercooler progress. I/C piping.(DUW)
that looks clean as crap. major props to you, how much for a kit?
-
RX's without body kits. Any trend behind it?
mine has the full kit on it, says in the VIN it was a 5 spd car. could have been put on by somebody else or could have been a dealer option.

Finally out of the garage. New pic
OMG that looks sweet. I want a wagon now.

Towing an RX
how far do you have to tow them? and over what roads and such?
-
RX troubles (not engine thou)
could a worn hill holder vavle cause the mushy pedal, that is some times nice and firm?
-
What does the RX need next? This:
no thats a bad idea. to get turbos that are small enough for each bank to spool it would limit top end even more than it already is. just get a better turbo.

Ya I know how some of you feel but other who sent him a decent amount of money might feel a bit diffrently.

billyC
you want to contact him? I have info that he works at a suby dealership down there in south GA now. I only have the dealership name tho, if you or anybody else wants it PM me. it was really raw what he did, and the fact he never stayed around when he came back promising to deliver the goods

billyC
he ever cough up the stuff/money he owed people?

oil temp
tats what I was thinking, but I'm prolly going to drill and tap the drain plug for it.
-
oil temp
I was just joking with that, figured it would have been implied so I left out the "smily"
-
RX mods
thats cool just take your time
-
oil temp
why wouldn't that interest me? you saying something bout me, skip? that sounds neat, and kinda what I want, but it also seems a bit expensive. so I guess I'm drilling the drain plug
