if you don't get an EA82 turbo then I would stay with the EA81 just bulid it really good

what if I tape it up real good with duct tape?

ok so I got the temp gauge from wal-mart and I have some questions on how to install it . Do I use teflon tape on the threads? and can I just mount it on the hood or cowl(where the wipers are) with out a pod?

yeah I think I'll just cap them off and I did just take off the pump and reservior I just have to deal with the lines

ok so I'm fairly close to getting it running agian and I ran it to a couple of problems. I've deciced to do away with the power steering but keep the rack, do I just run all the fluid out and cap of the lines? there was someting else but I forgot it:banghead: so thats all for now

ok the carb on the ea-82 is bigger on the ea-81 so can you swap the intake over and get some performance gains or is there a reason nobodys tried this?

yeah that would rock:headbang: I plan on swaping in ether an EJ-20t(wrx engine) or the sti's engine:brow: and hooking that up to the 5SPD duel range center locking diff tranny (The one out of the RX)

ok so I take two thermostats(one is a 180 that came out of my hatch the other one is a 195 that came out of my GL-10), put them in a pot wit water in it and the 180 did not open up until like 210 the 195 opens at like 200. I noticed something they don't open alot, that is a major constriction in the coolant flow. are they supposed to constrict flow or are these just not opening up all the way? all the way? (sorry for the long winded post:rolleyes: ) and to mods if you feel this is off topic then go ahead and move it
