yeh this is something that you need some pro-help on. I'd hate for you to get it together and spin a bearing or something. if you want I can get you teh number to sunbelt performence engines down here, if you don't know of a shop up there.

Honestly they switched over the computers from 87-88 I'm not sure about 89, but maybe the 88 computers are more aggressive then the others. or its the carbon build up thing, I don't think it got rung out that often. or its just the "strong" one on the run of cars it was on. and the cold thing, it was colder as I was driving back, it it was pulling harder than my car at 10PSI, and healthier comp numbers. same roads, same night. no on the JDM engine thing. I am planning upon trying to find all the stock intake stuff, and putting it back on with a K/N drop in filter, hook the stock boost controler back up and hopefully get more dyno time and see.

it might be too big? I'm not really sure what the turbo is on them

should be able to just get teh engine harness out and use that for the computer, I don't think they were that involed in the car.

they don't have a split, its an open diff, power goes wherever whenever.

also he beats the living crap out of his trannys, 6k clutch drops with teh ceter diff locked, he shifts so fast its like a blur, etc, etc and his trannys feel fine.
