Nice ride! That thing is saweeet! You're gonna love the change, the hatch's are so much more manuverable, and have better entry angles. I get stuck WAY less in the hatch too.

Finally got the video somewhat done *FIXED*
Finally got somewhat of a video done. I had to make the quality kinda crappy to get it to fit, but it's good enough. I now decided I hate video editing programs and I can't use them very well, but here'e my second ever attempt, so i think I'm doing okay. I realize I didn't always take the best lines, and I was a spoiled kid. My first toy had power steering, so this was the first time I went out without it...it changes things. In short, if you have negative things to say, please keep them to yourself...Everyone enjoy. :headbang: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1019144546861495451

Q about ej radiators....
Hey guys. Sorry, I'm an EA81 guy, but I have an EJ question. Is it possible to use a radiator from a manual tranny 93' EJ18 in a 90' auto ej22? Will it bolt up? Can I wire it? Is it possible? Thanks!!

All I gotta say is WOW, the hatch OWNS on my wagon. It's almost like there is a totally different engine in it. I'm loving it, everyne should have one. The entry angles, the weight ratio, it's beautifull.

Camping Pics and Vid
Okay Mr. ciric, shheez. Gunz don't have anything to do with Subi's, just with my trip. I had fun, and I was sharing. If you don't like them, don't look. Mellow out. About the no lcking my elbows, thanks for the tip. That was actually the second gun I have ever shot, so pointers are good. The hatch gets lots of love. It's got a 3" in the front and a 4" in the back. I'm running the Swapmer OSR-02R. They are 27.5, but a bit wider than the 28.5. I'm also rocking the 14" rims , more tire= less rim= more fun

Camping Pics and Vid
So me, the roomie ( night eyes ), and Baraka the dog all went out east on 224 this weekend and did some camping, hot springs, off roading, and shooting. Here's a few pics and a video. They are all from my phone cause Nik's lady took his camera to the beach without permission, like a sucka. http://s21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Video-0006.flv video http://s21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Video-0007.flv video pics http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...hoto-0107e.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Photo-0126.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Photo-0124.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Photo-0120.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Photo-0119.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Photo-0114.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Photo-0108.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Photo-0110.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...Photo-0085.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...ampin/Heli.jpg

Just an update on the hatch
Probably 9 honestly. There's a bunch of stuff done to it though. MODS: 3" lift Power steering conversion 5 speed EA82 trans and drive shaft Reinforced rear diff hanger Steel front bumber with light mounts and a bar ( homemade, not factory ) The clutch only has about 1000 miles on it 27.5 wildcat all terains C.B. with antena and P.A. speaker Jvc tape deck with 2, 3" and 2, 5" speaks Thule cross bars with a "pig pen" roof rack ( basket from front to back) All new light relays Re-conditioned battery 6 month old alternator ( reconditioned) New outter tie-rod ends 1982 four post steering wheel EA82 dome light There might be a few more things too, I'll have to think about it. I'm also gonna try to put some new fenders on if I can find them in the right color because I hacked the piss out of the old ones to make Swapmers fit and it just looks silly how much room there is underneath there with the Wildcats. ( unless you're gonna run Swapmers, then I can leave em on, either way they'll come with though)

Just an update on the hatch
Here's a few more. I have some idea's for future things to do, put I'm up to my neck in projects untill I get the wagon ready to sell all the way. I really want those white Schwab rims instead though, anyone wanna trade? ( just rims, not tires lol)

Just an update on the hatch
It's still in the works, but so far I've done: 3" lift 28.5 swampers on chrome yota rims, drilled A- bar's been stripped and re-painted ( from the wagon) A set of fog light and a set of off road lights. I hope to add one more set to the rack. Thule roof rack Brand new grounds and powers to every thing. New alternator. brand new front axles ( life time warenty WOOT WOOT) Sound= 2 5" midrange, 2 3" highs, sony detachable face deck with ipod connection, 15" sony xplode with a 550 watt sony amp. Things in the works.. I still need a new rear axle. Need to throw in my welded rear. In the process of re-bulding a webber 32/36 dgav (water choke) Still need to put the rear discs Also, need to install the cb again. That's about all I can think of for now I'll put up a better pic later

Just an update on the hatch
As some of you know I was looking for a hatch for awhile. I finally found one and now basically when ever I'm not working, and the weather is half way decent, I'm working on this car. I just wanted to toss out some pics of the progress.

Q. about compressing rear struts for lift blocks
Thanks alot scrap, but yea I figured it out. I had a buddy weld something similar to an exhaust stud, into the whole where the old strut bolt went. So now the hardware is just reverse of the originall. Now it's a male istead of a female, and you tighten a nut onto the stud . Seems to be working well, but it was tricky getting the angle right so it might want to walk back off a little. I'll just have to keep an eye on it.

Q. about compressing rear struts for lift blocks
Oh yea. The Harbor Freight cheapy did the trick. Thanks guys. Now i have an even more ugly and grusome problem. I broke a bolt off into the body on the rear strut mount. No good. Tried to tap it and backthread the bolt....no good. I also tried to drill out the whole bolt and run a heli coil...again, no good. The body of the car proved harder then the titanium drill bit for the heil coil, 'cause all it did was dull the starter threads out . Couldn't ever even get the coil in. Now I think I have to weld a stud in there so I can put a nut on from the outside. Ssssskkkkkeeeeeeetchy.
