  1. I know what ur saying i got the 93 legacy, but mine has 130hp and when u floor it, its gone.
  2. So does anyone have any idea's? It's kind off anoyying now, seems to be getting worse.
  3. Im sure i have posted this question before but it didn't exactly understand what to do. I looked under the vehicle while wobbling the steering wheel between where it play's about 1-2 cm off play. Im driving a 1993 legacy. Anyone have any ideas thanks.
  4. WAIT! when you say warrenty u mean for just the body not the mechanical correct? Because my dad did his brand new nissan titan as well.
  5. LOL i thought it might explode to tell you the truth. oil, ignition, BOOM! Thanks for the replies, well it seems like im going to rust proof her every year till i die, hehe.
  6. Warrenty? U read my profile, its a 1993 legacy wagon, lol! Warrenty would have been nice though. Well krown is the best rust proofing service in canada. But it doesnt hurt the car, right? Like make it slower, screw up thing.
  7. Well my subaru was only rust proofed for a short time, and then after that started rusting and now we fixed the rust. we took our car to krown to get it rust proofed, and they basically drill holes and spray oil everywhere behind the metal. Is this a good method, are there better rust proofing methods? Is this one good for the car?
  8. Might also be the wheels are out off balance, there for then u brake it could cause that effect.
  9. I wonder if the torque converter might be a problem. Might not be dis engaging and it just causes the engine to stall. Maybe some water got into the TCU or the ECU. How big off a puddle?
  10. Might be riding the disc's and i suggest u go back to ur dealer, and they should replace the disc. The dealer should be the one to repair it, it under warrenty right?
  11. Im pretty sure it needs to be between the years of 1990-1994 in order for the TCU to be compatible. Anything over will probably have a different connector for the computer and may have more solenoids.
  12. Legacy's will carry a legacy for life! Off course im keeping my legacy for another 99999999years now that i have spent 10,000CDN to make it run like brand new. She better not die now!
  13. Well my subaru did 125mph on the highway but i really pushed it, but it was, beleive it or not smooth, just heard air noise.
  14. You know those headlights on the 2006 subaru legacies that are focused? Where can i get them, im so surprised no one has made a kit, it would look so cool!
  15. They can last probably to 500k if u ask me, i have seen some people with 600k and still going strong. If u drive it hard, and do proper maintenance, id say 400k is safe. Lets here from others. I have 283,000km on my 93 legacy and it feels exactly like day one! ANd 2.2l engines are bulletproof, hte 2.5l is crap.
  16. You know what there is alot off selection on ebay 15 or so, lol. But i see some other radio's that aren't name brand, this is what i found, whats a good choice, but not expensive. http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=1.5+din http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&from=R10&satitle=1+1%2F2+din&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=L6A+2A3&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1
  17. I was thnking even larger then that, more like one big 5 inch screen and pull out the bottom compartment and the radio, and put in a gps/dvd/radio/cd player that is touch screen.
  18. Ya they could have easily forgot to reconnect a vacuum line, which could cause the vehicle to run rough.
