Hmmm - the midlife crisis "new" car at our house is a 95 Impreza Rally Car that Ken is driving in the Rally Cross at Hillsboro the end of May.

 

I was thinking the guys bought toys for fun (or built them) like great 4 wheelers of out old subies. Guess it's different if you live in Indianapolis and are on a different life path. We enjoy simplier things.

You guys are right though....Life's Paths are different here in Indianapolis.

Mid-Life Crisis cars are different for this city.

It's not easy being a Car Guy in Indianapolis.

Not much going on here.

Just the Indy 500, Brickyard 400, MotoGP, and Formula 1 (couple years ago).

Not to mention...The Colts, NCAA Final 4, Super Bowl Hosting City in 2012.

And the IndianaImpreza.com club.....which I host.

We went through 55 pizza's in 20 minutes....that's a lot of Subaru Guys eating a lot of pizza.

Correct its not a subaru im not able to afford a car newer then 88. And as far as being cocky Turbone i half to actually accomplish something to be cocky about it.

That was a joke.

The sunlight was shining and reflecting off the bottom of the Legacy, and it looked like I (could claim) puddle lights. ** I don't think it went over very well. **

My original post was a calculated risk. Well thought out. And exactly what I wanted to convey.

Yes....The 05 Legacy GT's have had Turbo Problems. I was SO GLAD I bought the Extended Warranty for my LGT....I had the Turbo Replaced at 70K miles.

I was just returning the spirit in which your first post came across.

I'm a frequent flyer over at the "other" place, as I have more than one generation of Subaru. And I try and make a meet a week, got to rep the old school Subaru's.

But as the others mentioned, we are pretty laid back here and try and keep the drama at a minimum.

The USMB has been around for about 12yrs and we have a pretty good knowledge base for our quirky cars from beginning to end.

We welcome any insight and questions you may have.

 

Oh btw, I love your car.

But I'm biased towards black.
