March 30, 200422 yr Who sold this '86 GL-10 Turbo sedan to jrach? Car was originally qman's who sold it to you (located near Shoreline, WA) and then was parted out and finally the carcass was sold to jrach sometime in 2003. Car needs to be crushed but we need a title; I'm trying to track down the last owner of record so we can generate a certificate in lieu of title. Contact me at edrach@spamcop.net. Thanks.
March 30, 200422 yr Actually Ed, the car was located just north of Woodinville (just off of 228th) when I pulled the LSD out of it. That is also where jrach picked it up from. I think that was his mother's house, but I do think his father lives in the Shoreline area.
March 30, 200422 yr I've rid myself of a few parts cars without titles by cutting them into several pieces and dropping it off as scrap metal. A bit of work, but could be a work around. Gary
March 30, 200422 yr My sawzall makes light work of Subarus. You supply the blades, I'll let you use it ED. Scrap metal city here we come!
March 30, 200422 yr If your going to chop it, try to cut it into pieces that will stack flat… it will look less like a car. Gary
March 30, 200422 yr hey cut the roof in one nice big flat section i will weld it onto my project to finish the back half of the cab
March 31, 200422 yr Author Thanks for all the replies. This is more entertaining than I thought. I'll give you a call tonight, Ken.
March 31, 200422 yr Is this the same guy that I got my ground effects kit from?? Corky??? I gave him $60 for the rear brake set-up and I never got it. I would like his information, and a stick!!!
April 2, 200422 yr Andrew Ledford, right? I have an address for him at my office. If anyone could get a phone number, please forward it to me.
April 2, 200422 yr Author Oddcomp, check with qman on the roof; I'll even bring down the wheel to his house if you come up for the roof.
April 2, 200422 yr Get ahold of me if you want to do it. It wouldn't be the first vehicle that left my driveway without a roof.
