I love all of these old Subaru photos. Whenever I need some motivation to work on my car I just go through this thread about 2 or 3 times and think about how my car will look like some of these pictures in a few months...

Hello,

I think it will be more useful to open a new thread for the SUBARU STAR -  ff1 series(4door Sedan,2door Sedan:1000,1100,1300 G)from 1966 to 1971,and let this thread to roll with only the first geberation of the Leone or GL-DL series, from 1972 to 1979 (LEONE Coupe,2door Sedan,4door Sedan,SW,BRAT first generation)...

About this I am ready to share a very rich material.

Ice racing back in the 1970's,  I find em, and post em. Enjoy

Very interesting....

I am willing to prepare some Leone(1972-1979),Coupe or 4door Sedan for rally use, following the FIA homologation of the time, using the EP 71 1600cc engine with the couple of double carbs and the 5speed gearbox.

Unfortunately the 4WD 4door sedan it was not homologated....

surprised how small this thread is. some very cool old rides in here so far though! thanks to everyone for sharing!
